Location is reasonably close to the metro station and accessible from a major road and is easy to find. But it is quite far from major attractions. Rooms and common areas are generally clean. A small supermarket and two bakery shops nearby.

Room size is small especially compared with the size of the toilet. No lift. Staff hardly speak any English.

    nothing I liked the hotel...

First pictures of rooms are not real, and there throughout the hotel bathroom as shown in the pictures...when we arrived at reception I was told they do not have private bath had to argue with them to get a very small bathroom but I received after an hour of arguing in front of the reception...and the worst thing is they do not have elevator, you have to climb stairs with luggage, do not help anyone. I not recommend anyone this hotel is horrible...

the location near the metro station (300 meters)

The room too small, not lift, no air con, the bathroom very tiny and not really clean. Quite expensive for such a poor facility.

Good value for money. Reception staff welcoming on arrival. Room adequate - nice to have large windows to let in fresh air. Shower great - loads of hot water and powerful.

Breakfast (at additional cost) poor and staff not at all attentive or even interested in guests. Additional pillows would have been nice - might have been available, too tired to walk down four flligts of stairs to ask! No english language tv/radio channels available - news and sport would have been appreciated.

Good price for the money, staff were helpful and kind. If you are looking for a basic no frills stay over for a couple of nights I would recommend this hotel. close to metro and there is a convenient store across the road.

not as clean as it could be and the stairs are a killer with no lift. Bathroom was dirty with mould in very small shower.

    The staff was very polite.

The room was on the 5th floor and hasn't got an elevator.

During my stay I visited an exhibition in Expo Porte de Versailles. The hotels location was great as it was in walking distance (not even 10 min.). The staff was at every time very nice and helpful. Breakfast for 8.-€ totally ok. Fresh Croissant and Baguette, Nutella, Honey, Jam, Orange Juice, Yoghurt, Coffee, Tee...

+ The room was not really clean. + Very loud at night as you can hear everything - door closing from other guests, toilet flush, shower, people coming home at night etc. + furnishing was very poor (washbasin too small, no wardrobe to close)

If you are a biz traveler looking for a cheap room near an office near the hotel, then this is an ok bed to sleep in.

It's really in need of renovation. Everything is old and torn.

The location, not far from the metre and Paris city centre.

The 6th floor with no lift. The dirt behind the night table. No table to pose anything. The television that do not work properly. The staff that do not accept to be informed that the television do not work properly. A bad experience.

the distance to the exhibition ground makes the Hotel favourable.

The spiders in my room, there is no elevator so you have to take the stair case up to the 5th floor, internet does block all of the servers so outlook does not work

It is a nice location hotel (pretty close to Metro) with relatively good price. The room is tiny. You won't hear anything from other room, but would hear people walking in stairwell. In all, if you want to have a budget-friendly hotel in Paris, I would recommend this place.

The shower holder is way too high to use. One has to hold the shower head to take one.... Very inconvenient....

Cheap for Paris. Good location. It's cheap for a reason. It has a very basic backpackers feel to it. Rooms tired but clean enough. Spend a bit more and get the Best Western option nearby,

Stairs were dirty, blatantly never seen a vacuum cleaner. Staff were pushy for me to pay the first night as if I was planning to leg it in the early hours and were 'in your face' about leaving the key when you go out. The hostel/backpackers feel is not what you expect from a hotel called Luxor.
