Novotel Lyon La Part Dieu  

Staff throughout the hotel were excellent. They were all very friendly and most helpful.

Stayed because of its location at the main railway station, has good access to public transport from there. Breakfast good, staff excellent, Internet worked, room very comfortable and excellent value. Big shopping centre opposite.

While the internet worked well, the i devices dropped out very quickly if not used for a minute or more and had to log back in, but it was fast. My only issue.

Close to the big department store and train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect for my stay, it was adequately located by Lyon Part-Dieu Gare. The price of my room was affordable for a one night stay and my room was comfortable and clean.

I like the location of this hotel. Very close to the central train station and nearby the shopping mall.

The corridor on each floors are too narrow. Not spacious enough.

The area round the hotel was awful.I Dont think ive ever been to a city that so expensive,9 euros a pints and the locals were so unfriendly.

Location: right next to Part Dieu train station. Late check-in: no problems at all checking in at 23:30. Modern comfortable room: 4 star standard. Clean soundproofed nice bed desk shower. Left luggage service : locked storeroom with a retrieval ticket.

Lift access to reception from street level was out of order. Although this was fixed the next day. Restuarant staff too busy to advise me of meal times.

Clean,modern building. Excelent brekfast,staff speak English. We highly recomend this hotel.

before i went there i have requested them to consider my sons condition who is disabled but when i reached there they told me that we do not have any special room for your son but if you want you can go to a bigger room which is more expencive (30euro)and i didnt have any other choice and i accepted ..............................

Its location to Gare Part Dieu.

I had booked a superior room. I was however extremely disappointed with the room we got (328). It was a crappy little room - nothing at all superior about it. I didn't bother mentioning to reception it as we had no time to change rooms etc.

Location - right next to the station.

Would have liked free water and biscuit in the room - and perhaps more milk!

We found the Hotel clean with friendly staff and very helpful regarding transport info etc. If you are travelling by rail the Hotel is just round the corner.

The Hotel was perfect for our needs. Anyone travelling with very young children may find the hotel a long way from Lyons main attractions.

Both the lady at the reception at my arrival in the evening and the man at my departure in the morning have been absolutely unkind.

Excellent location, close to trams and Part Dieu shopping mall.

The parking lot is awful. Entrance is not connected to the hotel, you need to carry your bags through stair cases, go out to the the streeet, walk some meters and get into the the hotel. It was full when we came back at night, we had to park in unmarked spaces for the hotel with uncertainty if it was ok. When we asked in the reception, they did not give us a clear answer as to what to do, so we left the car there and had to wake up early in the morning to move it.
