The reception staff were extremely pleasant and helpful in organizing a restaurant booking and transport. The restaurant/brasserie was appalling -- a medium rare oiece of beef arrived cooked to three times dead. The chef should have trouble finding a job. Breakfast was poor, it took them more than 15 minutes to produce extra scrambled eggs. As to the room, there is no paper bin in the room. If you want to throw away anything, you need to go into the bathroom and use the tiny bin there! |

Excellent reception staff, hotel staff all competent and friendly, good food (for a conference), good facilites No rooms for smokers - but reception did give me a room with a balcony. No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms |

The Spa I did not like the food at the restaurant and the fact that the hotel room did not have basic things like: cotton buds, hair conditioner, coffee machine, mini bar. For everything you had to call the reception or the bar/restaurant. I found this situation totally frustrating for a hotel at this price. |

Shower separated from toilet, very handy in the morning if you share a room. Breakfast not included, old building not renewed, slow checkout procedure (huge queue waiting for, with booked taxis waiting outside with the timer started...) |

Loved the facilities and the rooms of this Hotel, and not too far from Lyon Centre (with car). My only disappointment with this hotel was the price of breakfast, 18 euros for both adults and children (last year children were free). You do indicate the price of breakfast on your site, however I really didn't expect my eight year and ten year old sons to pay the same price as adults. 72 euros for one family breakfast is extreme,(for a bowl of cereal and a fruit juice). |

Tous les aménagements ( spa, piscine intérieure, extérieure, hydrojet...) sont vraiment supers. il est vraiment agréable de pouvoir profiter de "massages " dans une eau à 35 alors qu'il pleut!!! Les femmes de ménage qui sont venues nettoyer la chambre alors que nous n'avions pas encore quittés la chambre. |

Le professionnalisme du personnel, la propreté des espaces communs Malheureusement j'ai été dérangé en plein milieu de la nuit par une personne frappant à ma porte car elle s'était trompée de chambre et une euphorie dans les couloirs un peu trop bruyante surtout à 3h00 du matin . Mais l'hôtel n'y peu rien. |

L'accès au spa, quartier tranquille à 2 pas du centre ville, et chambre spacieuse. Dommage que la déco des chambres soit des années 70, de nouveau meuble et un rafraichissement des tissus muraux serait bien venu. |

Le calme et la détente en limite d'une grande ville, la verdure et la vue sur la rivière. Personnel attentionné, peit-déjeuner buffet excellent. La difficulté de circulation pour en partir et rejoindre la ville / le périphérique à l'heure de pointe du matin. L'hôtel devrait proposer des plans détaillés avec des chemins alternatifs. |

Les piscines et le wellness sont très bien. Bon petit déjeuner. L'hôtel et les repas sont un peu chers pour la qualité fournie. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles le restaurant n'est pas au même niveau. La salle de bains besoins d'être rénové. |
