The facilities of the hotel

Almost everyone from the hotel stuff do not speak English.

Wonderfull outdoor pool with jacuzzi

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very good, only few minutes by bus(just outside the hotel) to the center and old Lyon.

Calmness

The breakfast romm was inconveniant and it would more appropriate to have a breakfast overviewing the poolside instead!

Good reception staff, good fitness room

I found that the size and no of facilities were good but the maintenance was slack, the pool and spa area as well as the bathrooms have not been renovated and the spa bathrooms, inside pool, outside jacuzzi were dirty. It corresponds more to a three star than a four star hotel.

I remember the staff Sophie and Brice, very good service, especially Sophie, ever willing to listen and assist. She really made our stay at ease and comfortable. The staff speaks English. Every staff is excellent. Keep it up. I strongly recommend this hotel in Lyon.

Was a little upset that we stayed 2 nights only s their massage hours were mostly taken up. My wife wanted a massage but there was only half an hour slot. Not enough.

No rooms for smokers - but reception did give me a room with a balcony. No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms

Shower separated from toilet, very handy in the morning if you share a room.

Breakfast not included, old building not renewed, slow checkout procedure (huge queue waiting for, with booked taxis waiting outside with the timer started...)

Desayuno completo y variado. El Spa exterior que aún nevando nos alegro la estancia.

Mobiliario viejo, el wc estuvo toda la noche haciendo ruido... Lejos del centro indispensable vehiculo propio. Internet de pago. Hay un parking exterior gratuito que si te vas y vuelves y no encuentras plaza te hacen dejarlo dentro, lo que supone un incremento de 15€ al día... La cerradura de la habitación no cerraba bien había que asegurarse 2 veces al cerrar la puerta...

Tout est parfait.

das wc war so klein dass man nur durch die halb offen türe hineinschlüpfen konnte um die türe schließen zu können,

Accueil du personnel, ni trop réverencieux, ni trop décontracté.

Les installations aquatiques (piscine & jacuzzi) de détente fermées. Au restaurant, le plat (pavé de thon au sésame) pas frais et avec une odeur douteuse facturé.
