The front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating. We changed to a larger room at no additional charge. The hotel offered free wireless internet. |

Great location, less than a block from Bastille Metro. Clean. We were on the street side but little noise with windows closed Wi-Fi was advertised but it didn't work in our room or lobby, and no one could help us with this. Staff not the most helpful. If you're OK with no wi-fi, it's OK. |

I liked the comfort,decoration, and bathroom in room 12. Immediate addention was given on reporting a broken door handle on the toilet door. |

Rooms are big enough, staff is friendly, easy access to the metro and location is close to some of the major attrations. Breakfast could be better. |

The staff was lovely, all of them spoke good english as well. The room was clean and we got fresh towels everyday. Location was perfect, 50 m to the metro. Lots of bars & resturants nearby! Nothing really. I would come back! |

Very spacious room, nice decoration and air conditioning. Ech room has a good, clean separate bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is perfectly located at metro Bastille and had good connections with different metro lines. Next time we will definitely stay again in this hotel. Very good for a reasonable price. In fact nothing. Everything was perfect. Only the breakfast is a bit exepensive, but in the nearby streets, in quarter Bastille there is a very good bakery where you can order a cup of coffee and two croissants or chocolate rolls for only 3 euro. |

Proximity to landmarks and places of interest. Bed was small and we could smell cigarette smoke in the pillows. Shower was too small. No late check out. No fridge in the room. |

A Nice hotel close to the Metro and lot of restoraunts. The staff was very freindly and helpfull.. The internet is expensive. 5 euro for 45 minutes |

Excellent location to acess metro and city center. Triple room was very large compared to typical Paris hotel room. Very noisy boulevard behind the window, but c'est la vie in Paris. Breakfast price/quality was low as everywhere in France mostly. |

The hotel is convenient to the metro. Bastille has good restaurants and shops. The were steps going into the bedroom and bathroom, with no warning signs. I fell on the step. There was a glass window in the bathroom door, which I consider dangerous, if the floor was wet, and the glass did not give guests privacy if they were sharing a room. |

The hotel was very well located; next to the metro and lots of restaurants in the area. My room was very large (although other rooms were tiny). The room was noisy. I could hear water running continuously |

the location is super - nice, outdoor cafes, movie theater next door, laundry two blocks away, excellent places to eat and drink, and great transportation link - metro right outside the hotel door - very clean, wonderful front desk |

Easy access, metro is just a few steps away from the main entrance. The hotel staffs are very approachable; friendly and speak good English. Room is spacious and cleanly tidied everyday. There are many small restaurants and cafes nearby serving Chinese/Japanese/Italian/Pakistan/American food with reasonable price. I would strongly recommend this hotel. Only disposable cups are given. if would be better if glasses or cups are provided. |

The hotel is located just a few steps from the metro, making getting around Paris so easy. Our room was large, as was the bath. It was also very clean and comfortable. The reception desk staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The local market is just outside your front door, and plenty of eating all around. Highly recommend. We had our 2 daughters with us, and the hotel was perfect for us. |

I found the staff, (especially the lady at the front desk) very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with separate bathroom and toilet also of good size. All was very clean. Location of the hotel was excellent close to transport and two main areas : Bastille and the Marais where there were lots of things to see and do. |
