Well centered and at walking distance of all interesting venues in Lyon (in particular, the old town). Very friendly and competent hotel staff; you can follow their recommendations regarding places to visit and restaurants. |

Proximity to City centre, the Metro and the older districts and a wide range of excellent restaurants. The hotel provided an excellent choice of breakfast menu. The provision of the 1-day Metro pass and the City map was a welcome surprise. Although the air conditioning in the corridors and reception breakfast areas was fine it was very inadequate in our room. Matters were not helped by the amount of heat being generated by the excess of lights in the bathroom. We appreciate that the weather was extremely hot (38C!) when we arrived - even for Lyon, but the system should be able to cope with these sorts of conditions. |

After a long days drive, the staff was very welcoming. I felt the hotel was in a thriving downtown location as was advertised. Easy parking just one block away. |

Convenient location in the city center, close to old town, shops and restaurants; comfortable and clean room; very comfortable beds; staff very helpful, solved problem with luggage lock very late at night Parking nearby, but the hotel does not have any special arrangement, so it is quite expensive; rooms need perhaps a little renovation |

Le personnel parfait, l'emplacement très bien,le petit déjeuner correct mais beaucoup trop cher Les chambres très petites et les fenêtres condamnées: la climatisation est donc obligatoire, et les fenêtres sont sales à l'extérieur. |
