Conventient to centre of Lyon and access to a safe I would have liked to have settled my account the night before so I didn't have the hassle of being delayed in the morning when the reception is busy with other people booking out. |

Great value for money. The room was nice and clean with a very comfy bed. We've stayed in Lyon before and paid for more and got less. Position is ideal. |

Room was well equipped, clean and spacious. OK breakfast. Location. A receptionist was very welcoming at check in but turned to irrigant and useless afterwards. on instructions on using the elevator for the car park. |

Your garage would not accept our 4X4, even though under weight. A smaller car had to leave. Garage seems unreliable. Breakfast not worth €15. |

Car Park facility beneath hotel. Clean room, fair size for city centre. Breakfast expensive for what was on offer. Noise at night on streets from dustbin collection. |

Very good room, spacious, comfortable, good location if you don't want to pay to be in the middle of the city Staff could smile more and be more attentitive...not uncommon in France. Breakfast is outrageously expensive. Head 10 minutes over the bridge to the Presqu'Ile particularly to a wonderful place called the Table d'Hotes near Place de la Republique |

Wonderful, huge room with balcony and river view. Bunk beds in separate hallway for anyone staying with children. Beautiful modern decor, filled with light. Large bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Ordinary sized rooms looked fine also. Good location for city sightseeing. Strong artificial air freshener smell in hotel lobby/breakfast area. Breakfast - Good choice, but rather expensive. |

Everything was absolutely excellent - very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were immaculate and a good size, great location 2 minutes from the river and lots of restaurants ...and we were quite amused by the car elevator that took us down to the underground car park. The only thing we thought a bit expensive was breakfast - it was EUR 16.50 so we didn't eat there but there were other things close by so it didn't effect our stay, we just chose not to eat there. |

Perfect location, centre of everything. Staff are friendly and helpful. Careful if you get a special deal room - we ended up with the smallest room in the hotel, with a view of concrete and no sky! |

Parking is very difficult in Lyon but the Hotel has a lift that you access from the road and it takes you down to the small parking area in the basement. You then drive onto a turntable which moves to get you into the right position to manoeuvre into the parking space Very clever. |

is well located yes, i made a reservation by internet, i got a booking number and when we arrived at the hotel, they told us that the reservation was cancelled automatically because there was an error with the payment.......we were lucky because they had another room available that day but we never received notifications about this problem. |
