Excellent location between the Presqu'ile and the new city; good wifi; functional room with good bed.

The room was too hot; there was no alternative for airconditioning because of the noise of the street.

Noise during early hours from passing revellers. View from our room window pretty dismal. Neither of these the fault of the hotel though. Unimaginative room styling - standard chain hotel look.

Hotel location is excellent! Just next to a very nice "river walk" area.

The room was clean, bathroom very spacious. The hotel is located very close to Bellecour.

Room was very hot (we had to sleep with the window open), there's satellite TV, but unfortunately no BVN (dutch/flemish satellite)

I did like the decor and furniture. Decorated with style, it was pleasent. it was worth the price asked but I did benefit from a pretty high discount. Netto price of just below 100€.

I did not check on the web. I did realise that it was not close (walking) from the grain station.

Correct hotel, niets op aan te merken

I chose this hotel for the location but it ended up being an excellent choice; the personnel were all professional and helpful, the location perfect, the room very comfortable, clean and spacious. The services were more than expected. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lyon.

It was very comfortable and clean.

It was quite a walk across the bridges to reach good restaurants and sight seeing.

It was a short walk to the centre of town and had security parking (paid). Along the river there were bikes for hire and lovely areas to ride them.

There weren't a lot of choices to eat close by. We had to cross the bridge to the town because the area at the back was a bit undesirable.

Check in was running late. We arrived at the hotel at after 14:00 and we were informed that our room was still not ready and that it would be ready in 40minutes. The manager is extremely rude. We were having difficulty accessing the wifi on our phones and this man all of a sudden appeared and without explaining who he was told us that we needed to delete the history and all the cookies in our phone. We later found that this was not necessary. My friend tried to use the computer in the lobby but this did not work either. She was in a panic because she needed to do something important. She asked the manager what happening and all he did was show us his phone and said that he was logged on and he did not know why we were having an issue. My friend then asked were the closest internet cafe was and he just shrugged his shoulders and said that he did not know. My friend was then in a real panic as she needed to use the internet urgently and the manager did nothing further to assist. The manager then began to speak in french to his colleague about my friend in front of us- this was extremely unprofessional.

The staff who attended to us the night we arrived was really helpful ang gave us tips to the sightseeing, shopping and dining tours around Lyon. The locals are also friendly eventhough they may not be able to converse in English well.

The hotel is in need of a good renovation, the reception area and the hall ways are in a need of refurbisment. The hotel is not worth 4 stars, it is more 2 stars maximum. Breakfast is with 14 euro very overprized. In fact nothing more then some croissant and confiture. Never to return again

This smal hotel is convenient located to get main attractions of Lyon including boutiques. Standart room for Best Western - very smal but cozy and clean with kettle for evening tea. Good offer for reasonable fee. One unpleasant thing happened when we were going to leave - suddenly the elevator has broken down and we had to wait about two hours until it was repaired.
