Clean bathroom

Hotel was too expensive for what it was,very small room,heating didn't work,no tea or coffee/kettle,more importantly was that the hotel is under construction inside,the ceiling are opened up in corridors and all the floors are covered with polythene therefore u can hear every single person walking,this should have been pointed out and we would not have stayed or certainly not have paid €300 for 2 nights,very upset.

Location - 5 mins from Gare Lyon

Sorry but this was a real dive - room was dirty, carpet covered in stains - there was a toliet roll on next to the bed - sums up the place :) the staff were however friendly - if you are looking for a basic bed for the night - its ok - but at 150Euros not impressed

A typical Parissian hotel - small, worn-out but still nice. Staff is nice and helpful, free wifi is a also big+. Breakfast is not included in room price. location is strategically right if you travel to the South of France. anyway it is a close to the very city centre: 15-30 min walking to the Notre Dame, Latin Quarter, Louvre etc.

1) When we checked in we got a twin bed instead of double bed as booked with no possibility to change this day (they were fully booked). A big minus. 2) pretty noisy due to thin walls- sometimes we heard what happened in the neighbor room, knock above us etc.

Very conveniently sited. Staff helpful and tolerated my schoolboy French with good humour although their command of English was good

Very comfortable bed and pillows, so convenient for the Gare de Lyon.

Friendly, helpful, English speaking staff. Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from Gare de Lyon and bars & restaurants. Clean, comfortable accomodation.

Fast check-in and check-out and clean room

Supposedly wifi available throughout the hotel but in fact only poor signal in my room so ipossible to log on. Quite a pain when you are on a business trip and supposed to work.

The staff were friendly adn helpful. The location and the room was large, clean and comfortable.

Very good location if you are arriving and leaving by train. Very close to to Gare de Lyon station, which makes it easy for metro and rer travel too. Friendly staff and comfortable stay.

Better to have a shower curtain. Breakfast could have been cheaper considering that there was not much of variety. Or else egg or Paris specials could be added to the menu.

The convenience was excellent both for the Gare de Lyon which meant I could catch an early tgv and also for eating places at any time. Although it was convenient it was also not noisy like many Paris hotels.The staff were also helpful in letting me check in early so I could go to Roland Garros!

As a British traveller it would be even better if there were tea and coffee facilities.

Very tired looking rooms, water pressure for showers were very low and shower head was not attached to the wall which made showering cumbersome and unpleasant.

the staff is very nice and willing to provide help. this hotel is really close to the lyon station so i think it is very convenient for backpacker.

the shower head is broken in the bathroom, and it does not have a shower curtain there so the bathroom will get wet everywhere after you use it.
