Very comfortable bed and tea/coffee making facility in the room

Restaurant opened at 8pm Breakfast was a cold buffet which suited us but not others.

Stayed at a very unusual price, but everything was above the expectation. Even the staffs showed very non-French kindness.

Helpful and pleasant young woman tried to give us directions to the hotel in English over the phone when our car proved too high to be able to use a local road. We would not have been on this road in the first place if booking.com had provided us with this very basic information about height restrictions when it offered us printed direction to the hotel, which we, unfortunately for us, used.

The website indicated that the hotel provided free parking. What it did not say was that the hotel knew that this parking was unsafe, and therefore strongly recommended hotel guests to empty their cars of all luggage. We are two women. I am aged 69 and disabled, and my partner is 63. We had a car full of luggage as we were on our way from the UK to a long stay in France. We spent more than half a hour moving our luggage 5 floors up the hotel at night, and the same again in reverse the following morning. We were exhausted, and very angry that we were not told the truth on the website, which would have allowed us to choose a hotel better suited to our needs. Hotels should be truthful about their facilities.

Parking for free. Correct breakfast.

All basic things, budget solutions, bad internet conexion. One small elevator for all the hotel.

Nous avons apprécié par dessus tout le grand calme et la propreté de la chambre. En outre le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Nous avons optés pour cet hôtel comme étape sur la route de nos vacances. Nous avons été entièrement satisfait de l'ensemble de la prestation : bon accueil la nuit par le gardien, petite chambre avec point d'eau agréable claire, fonctionnelle, propre ou une bouilloire-sachets de thé-petits gâteaux-petite-bouteille d'eau sont mis à notre diposition. Petit déjeuner correcte. Tout le personnel a été souriant, agréable. Je renouvellerai cet arrêt à mes prochains déplacements.
