It was a little oasis in the city. Lovely garden to have breakfast, and the girls there to welcome you and serve breakfast were very friendly. Recommended a great restaurant within walking distance..rooms overlooked the garden, bed and pillows comfortable. Shower good. Breakfast very good with lovely freshly squeezed orange juice. What better way to start the day.

It took us ages to find the place as there 're so many one way streets and our Sat nav wanted to take us down nearly all. At one time we ended up on the streamline. Thank goodness no tram!! We finally found a little driveway left off the main street with the tramline on our left. The lane was lined with concrete collards and looks like no cars allowed, and only for pedestrians, but it leads into the hotels street...public parking nearby

Beautiful accommodation, fabulous al fresco breakfast and very friendly/helpful hosts.

It wasn't a problem for us but guests with an aversion to church bells should be aware that the property adjoins a church!

In a word, charming. We felt like we were visiting a French family in the countryside, although the house has a central location in the city. Our room was spacious, quiet, and beautiful, and the bathroom was to die for. Breakfast in the garden was also a highlight.

Somewhere different, with real personality. Madame is charming and very helpful. Delicious breakfast.

Bathroom down the corridor, loo down a flight of stairs.

It's a lovely place for those who prefer entourage over the luxuriosity in the accommodation. The room is quite plain, but still it has all what one might need - a wide bad, good shower facilities as well as tv, airconditioner, etc. The location is very central (2 walking minutes to the botanic garden or 10 to the Opera), but at the same time it's very calm there since the guest building is located inside an inner courtyard (with a beutiful garden and next to a church where you can enjoy listening the organ music every evening just from you room). It's not really a hotel, as you might have used to, rather a kind of B&B facility, but this gives you a unique chance to get more insight in the usual french life. There is even a cat, who you can invite to visit your room during the landlady is not watching carefully ;-] To sum up, a great place for a good money, but this is worth it. I personally really enjoyed staying there.

Payment by cash is only possible.

The garden is lovely and my room overlooked it . Very tasteful décor throughout. Lots of character

I didn't like four keys to get in and I would prefer paying with a credit card.

Caroline and Ronaldo are a lovely, warm couple who made us feel very welcome. The room, with its 15ft high ceiling, was very clean and spacious and our outlook over the pool and garden was pretty. A nice "homely" feel and oh so close to the arched entry of the city. Montpellier is a fresh, youthful city very easily accessible on fut from Ma Chambre a Montpellier. We like it so much we extended our stay there. Thank you Caroline and Ronaldo!

    There was nothing to dislike.
