L'Hotel è situato nella zona che conosco molto bene e, quindi, comoda per me e per la mia famiglia. Sicuramente per la tariffa a me applicata non potevo pretendere niente di più. Gli aspetti che non ho gradito sono stati portati immeditamente all'attenzione del personale, il quale si è attivato, compatibilmente con la disponibilità della struttura, a risolverli. |

Cantralita': posizione strategica a pochi metri da Charles De Gaulle/Etoile (arco di trionfo) , incrocio di numerose metro, a pochi metri dagli champes elyseè. A posteriori però ritengo che una zona migliore dove soggiornare (se il prezzo fosse lo stesso) sarebbe senza dubbio il quartiere latino. Pulizia: hotel pulito, camere ordinate e servizio di pulizia regolare. Attenzione al cliente: malgrado piccolo (anche nel dimensionamento dello staff), costante attenzione alle esigenze del cliente. Tutti gli essenziali servizi a supporto garantiti (aria condizionata, cassaforte, asciugacapelli, articoli da bagno, acqua calda, ecc). Prezzo : veramente accessibile Ovviamente la controparte del prezzo sono le dimensioni della stanza e del bagno. Ma per chi va a Parigi per visitare la città non conta quasi nulla |

This hotel is very well located and the guy at the reception was really helpful, although it was midnight, great attention. I needed two beds and they gave us a double room as for a couple, I was travelling with my mother 80 years,we had to sleep toghether, the room was very cozy and beautiful, but is about 9sq mt including the bahtroom and the air conditioning was not working, it was almost imposible to sleep, we had 32 degrees inside the room. I would definitely book there again, but checking if the air conditioning is working. |

Staff were very helpful and spoke good English so very easy to communicate with my limited French. Location was great being right near the Arc de Triomphe and Metro station. The room we had was at the top of the 1st floor stairs and rather noisy with all the people traffic. It was a really small (having a 3rd collapsible bed didn't help!) and the bathroom hardly big enough to move in. |

its promixity to the Champs eleysee and arc de triomphe, it was 1 min walk from arc de triomphe, metro station and champs eleysee. staff were very helpful and friendly. a bit outdated, the room was not as clean as i would have liked, the carpet was dirty, there was a bit of mould around the bath, and there was a cockroche(?) in the minibar (visbible through the glass) i wouldnt open it after this. could be modernised. we just used the hotel to sleep, didnt avail of any of its services, breakfast, etc. |

The hotel location was great it was 3 min walk to shans eylesa the most attractive shopping place. One of staff was very helpful. The toilet is very clean the room as well, but the TV channels not so interesting, only few channels and all in French which we cannot understand |

staff spoke good english and were very helpful. location is excellent, only a few minutes away from arc de triumph. hotel was good although our room was small but it was well laid out and made good use of space. dont think it would suit a larger couple. |

The hotel has really central location close to metro and other transport. The price 85EUR/night was very reasonable for Paris. The personal was kind. Suggestions: have more than 6 french channels of cable TV, clean better the room floor, I really don't like the soft pillows, but maybe this is typical for France, not sure, have some look what are the small things offered by hotels in Asia (Japan, Korea, Singapore) and copy some of them. |

although the rooms and hotel was very clean and suited as we only stayed for one night , i would have found the 4ft double bed to small( for any longer) as was the roomthe breakfast was good value as was the mini bar in the room |
