Localização.

O hotel não vale nem 10% do preço da diária - fiquei em um quarto de luxo (502) que tinha carpete manchado e sujo, ar condicionado pingando, e espelho do armário quebrado. Você paga a excelente localização. Se estiver disposto a não se incomodar com essas coisas simplesmente por estar em Paris, o hotel vale a pena.

O serviço é precário , em meu apto a linha de telefone não funcionava e os funcionarios da recepção se recusavam a fazer ligações e nos passar a conexão.

Perfect location, reduced price

Small, non comfortable room, broken hairdryer, i-net connection very expensive

The hotel has really central location close to metro and other transport. The price 85EUR/night was very reasonable for Paris. The personal was kind.

Suggestions: have more than 6 french channels of cable TV, clean better the room floor, I really don't like the soft pillows, but maybe this is typical for France, not sure, have some look what are the small things offered by hotels in Asia (Japan, Korea, Singapore) and copy some of them.

Amazing location,surrounded by shops and cafes.

The rooms are small and basic.

The service, The TV was broken down since the 1st day. I had advised the recepetion 3 days in the roll and nothing was done.

the noise, the poor condition of the room

although the rooms and hotel was very clean and suited as we only stayed for one night , i would have found the 4ft double bed to small( for any longer) as was the roomthe breakfast was good value as was the mini bar in the room

Reception staff were very nice and the location is superb
