This hotel is very well located and the guy at the reception was really helpful, although it was midnight, great attention.

I needed two beds and they gave us a double room as for a couple, I was travelling with my mother 80 years,we had to sleep toghether, the room was very cozy and beautiful, but is about 9sq mt including the bahtroom and the air conditioning was not working, it was almost imposible to sleep, we had 32 degrees inside the room. I would definitely book there again, but checking if the air conditioning is working.

its promixity to the Champs eleysee and arc de triomphe, it was 1 min walk from arc de triomphe, metro station and champs eleysee. staff were very helpful and friendly.

a bit outdated, the room was not as clean as i would have liked, the carpet was dirty, there was a bit of mould around the bath, and there was a cockroche(?) in the minibar (visbible through the glass) i wouldnt open it after this. could be modernised. we just used the hotel to sleep, didnt avail of any of its services, breakfast, etc.

Convenient because the hotel location is nearby to restaurant, shopping street and airport transfer.

I Like the location of the hotel and the great staff dealings.

staff spoke good english and were very helpful. location is excellent, only a few minutes away from arc de triumph.

hotel was good although our room was small but it was well laid out and made good use of space. dont think it would suit a larger couple.

La proximité du métro et des Champs Elysée et la vue sur l'Arche de Triomphe en sortant de l'hôtel.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de Wi-fi gratuit proposé aux clients, ni une borne internet dans l'hôtel.

De balie medewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijk, en proberen echt waar ze kunnen te helpen. Verder zijn er geen faciliteiten, zoals mogelijkheid zelf thee of koffie op de kamer te maken, en de badkamer is zeer spaarzaam. Kamers ook erg klein. Bed/ matras doorgezakt, alles is te oud.

Het is ronduit smerig in de hotelkamers. Vloerbedekking zit vol vlekken, dekens op bed idem. Alle meubels ( erg weinig) zijn kapot of tenminste beschadigd. Het is zwaar vergane glorie. Voor mij dit hotel nooit meer.
