Food in a la carte restaurant was a very high standard, "frenchness" of the hotel is nice, as long as you have a little bit of the language. Easy walking access to town amenities, excellent Creperie across the road is open all day. Be aware that you have to drive or get the hotel shuttle bus to the main ski lift access to Portes du Soleil, only about 10mins, as the hotel is in the town centre and the ski lifts are not.

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Rooms were chalet style. Good spa area. Problem. We booked this hotel to watch the Grand Odyssey in Avoriaz because booking.com said it was 10km from Avoriaz. It was actually 50km by road and took one and a quarter hours which we did twice over. The hotel was good but we wouldn't have booked a hotel so far away.

Upgraded to a twin room with shower. The standard room was too small for me with a 19year old son. In fact really very small to spend any amount of time. Double room was perfect.

Good location, excellent food, comfortable rooms, attentive staff Macchi hotel closes at 23.00hrs - no night porter, bar or room service. Needed to use the emergency contact number whilst on hoiday - and it only rang through to an empty reception.

Belle vue sur la montagne pour la chambre côté montagne. Très bon restaurant (repas du soir et petit-déjeuner). Parking aisé. Une des deux chambres était un peu vieillote et présentait une odeur.

Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk, direct vanaf aankomst tot en met vertrek. Vanaf aankomst en eigenlijk daarvoor al, zijn we helemaal ontzorgt. Zo waren skipassen geregeld door het hotel en werden we iedere ochtend naar een skilift van onze keuze gereden. 's middags een belletje en we werden weer opgehaald, top! Faciliteiten spa, sauna, skilockers, lounge met haard, etc. zijn super. Goed ontbijt. Parkeren ook geen probleem. Heel goed en gezellig hotel. Wij hadden een vrij kleine kamer, dat was eigenlijk het enige...

L'espace détente (piscine, sauna, hamam etc.) Le soir, le personnel prépare même les lits avant de se coucher. Acceuil très agréable et très à l'écoute du client. Ambiance chaleureux. On se sentait un peu serré dans la chambre. Un grand fauteuil prenait toute la place devant l'accès au lavabo et aux armoires. La restauration très bon, mais trops gastronomique pour une famille avec des enfants!

Fijn compact hotel van alle gemakken voorzien zoals in-house ski verhuur. Erg vriendelijk personeel.service gericht. de kamer van de aanbieding wa erg klein. we hebben daarom een switch gemaakt naar een grotere kamer.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel pour son centre de spa, hammam, piscine sauna. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment trés agréable. Les chambres manquent d'isolation.

Piscine et spa magnifiques - petit hôtel cosi - repas très bien servi - les petits pains délicieux -petit déjeuner copieux et varié quoiqu'un peu cher (14euros50) - la prochaine fois nous invitons nos enfants et petits enfants pour une escapade de week-end

Очень уютный отель в стиле шале, персонал создает семейную обстановку, (хозяин, его собака, принимают непосредственное участие в процессе). Отличный спа, много интересных деталей декорации. Вобщем молодцы! Подошли к делу с большой любовью. Подъемники в зоне немного несовременные, в основном креселки без колпаков.
