Location, very close to train station, fair price for standard taking into account that breakfest was included. Staff have very little english, breakfest was very poor, bathroom extremely small. |

Location was close to Train station and bus stop to and from airport was close by. Plenty of eating places in the vicinity. Overall a good location. Shower was smaller than the one in our Caravan.The overall size of the bathroom was unbelievably small .Room was noisy as it was attached to lift shaft.Tea and coffee was not replaced .It was only supplied on the first day. |

We found the location of this hotel was great for shopping eating out and tram and train station just minuites away.A ten minuite walk to the beach. Yes the staff all except two people were extremley rude. The bathrooms were very small. The room that was booked for three adults their were two single beds and one camping bed that a child would fit on not an adult. |

parking close by.clean room.frendly staff.priced low in comparison to other hotels in the area. the area around the hotel was rough. we were told it was a 5 min walk to the sea front.more like 20 minites |

The staff was very helpful and the hotel-clean. Modern furniture. Ridiculousli small room and bathroom. It's was a room for "midgits".Very bad area, near the main train station with a lot of bad people hanging around. |

Hotel is ideally located in centre of Nice a 20 min walk from the promenade but very close to the station so if travelling by train or by bus no 66 from the airport it is only a few short steps. Staff were quite impersonnal but nice enough. |

I hated it.It is the most horrible hotel I ever stayed in my life!And I'm on the road nearly every week. You are fool to spend any money to stay here.I wouldn't spend one single night here any more even if they pay me to stay. It is really horrible. Trust me! I wonder how they win those couple of stars. I would rather rate it as a hostel. I stayed with my boyfriend...well....2 so called "beds" like folded guest beds pushed together.Its a shame! Bathroom is horrible, it is small, horrible finishing, there are fungus in every corner. There is no minibar/fridge in 35 C. I think in Albania you could find better hotel but we are talking about the French riviera for God sake!!!! Reception staff wouldn't even say a "get lost" when you are passing by. They are watching TV and don't even care who would walk in the hotel. Honestly, the worst hotel experience in my entire life. I wonder how this hotel can even have the license to operate as 3 stars hotel???? |

hotel staff was nice, the location of the hotel was good bathroom was very small, it may cause problems for overweight persons,but the rooms were different - our friends stayed in a room that had perfect bathroom. |
