Excellent location Lovely staff
Very clean and nice room. Friendly staff. Good location. Beautiful interior.
Remove the money from the account before the stay, although booked with free cancellation.
2 mins walk to the train station and to the street that leads to place massena (15 minutes walk) and the old city ( 20 minutes). Staff was friendly
The neighboorbood wasn't really nice. Very poor breakfast excpecially for a 3 stars best western hotel. Room are not made the next day. Ask us to pay 4€ more as tax which were notindicated when booking. I am not ready to come back to this hotel.
Excellent location for Nice Ville train station. Good basic room and facilities.
Area not great for solo female traveller at night. Felt uncomfortable walking back to hotel on a Fri night around 10pm
Good standard, comfy hotel in the shopping area of Nice, close to the main tramroad to Place Massena and fairly close to the Promenade and the old city. Good standards and helpful reception staff.
Almost an hour before closing down, breakfast was already devoid of many items (only hard boiled eggs, very little bread, little cheese, few cold cuts..). The two waiters seemed to care only for their compatriots (treated us somewhat rudely).
Comfortable and spacious, very close to train station. Lovely breakfast.
Nice lobby and reception, good location close to La Gare.
The room was incredibly small and was hard to walk in. Need to have door open in the toilet room, SO
Attentive and warm staff Upgraded to superior room Clean and comfortable overall, except for some bedbugs that bothered my wife when she used a thin blanket stored in the wardrobe 5min to train station, ideal jumpoff point to go to Grasse, Cannes, Antibes and Monaco A few steps from main shopping/tourist avenue and with many restaurants to choose from Internet fast Room refurbished Stored our luggage until the evening after we checked out
The bedbugs from a thin blanket in the wardrobe.
poor parking facility
Close to the station and airport bus stop. Close to main street, trams and shops.
Perfect location, it the railway station need to be close to you (2 minutes by walk) The staff is very polite and friendly Very good for its price Next to main shopping street
The neighbourhood of railway station ( dirty and looks not very safety) 20 minutes by walk to promenade Wi-fi signal is very poor in rooms (but you can use computer in lobby)
The location is good , very close to the train station. However, the rooms are too small and loud. The blow dryer is a joke. However, there is an Ac in the room. I thought it is overpriced. And they wouldn't let us have one hour late check out. However the bed was comfy and the location was central. So, it was ok
We arrived late, 10pm, receptionist (man) was so polite, helpful and friendly, a pleasure to deal with. Location was excellent for tram and train station, also late night food/water. Hotel was very central for main shopping street. Did not feel unsafe at any stage. Would return.
Only two tea bags per day, per room, will bring my own in future. Asked for our safe to be fixed as would not accept our code, was not done, did not like leaving passports, credit cards in room, female recp. was very dismissive and curt, I felt I was bothering her!!
Location to train station, shops and restaurants was excellent
I had a single room and although it had been renovated, it was tiny even for one person....I could barely fir my luggage in the room when it was open. Lots of street noise throughout the night when the window was left open.
We'd like to thank Siamak on the front desk for his courtesy and help. He made all the difference to our stay. Nice breakfast / comfortable beds. Close to station which was handy for us as we needed to use the train.
The bathroom was ridiculously small and with the door opening inwards only left about 25 cm between door handle and wash basin to squeeze by to get to shower. Suggest either change hinges, so door opens out or take door off. During our stay, the management changed normal drape curtains for new net curtains, so that there was no privacy when changing with the light on.
the location was perfect, it give good connections to everywhere.
they were supposed to fix the internet on Friday when we arrived. we left on Wednesday we never had internet. they were changing the carpet in the morning in my floor which made us to leave the room open to strangers. the bathroom was dirty and the rooms are really small.
The style of the room and the kind behaviour of the concierge for the night
The moquette had a very bad smell..bathroom was small, shower as well with broken sliding doors, breakfast was quite insufficient about quantity
This can call mini mini room, you have to be very thin otherwise you can not go to shower place. Lift only can have 1 person if you are a little strong body. This is worst hotel I ever had, price is absolutely not deserve for this space.
Spacious, clean & comfortable. Great location to station & not too far to walk to the beach. Staff were extremely accommodating.
Many renovations underway at the hotel just whilst we were there.
The rooms were very spacious and tastefully decorated. Staff was very helpful and nice. I loved the coffee machine in the room. Free wifi! After we checked-out the hotel kindly allowed us to leave our bags at the reception! Great hotel!
The hotel was conveniently located close to the railway station but it was not in the nicest neighbourhood. It was quite loud at night and did not same very safe at night.
Didn't like attitude of lady staff member when I reported room door was open on 2 occasions when we returned back to hotel
Most comfortable bed we slept in during our travels throughout Europe, location
Lady at the reception in the morning could not give suggestions or recommendations for a single place to have breakfast around the hotel/Nice area
