Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Guests can also choose the Baby Kit that must be purchased online before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair.

• 1 pillowcase per person.
• 2 dishcloths per apartment.
In the case of arrival outside of check-in hours, please notify the residence in advance.

It was in a wonderful location. Though very basic, the studio was pretty well equipped (cooktop with 2 burners, dishwasher, fridge, microwave). The staff were very nice and helpful. For tony Chamonix it was great value. I was surprised to learn that "self catering", in France at least, means you have to clean up after yourself -- the room had to be as clean as we found it! We also had to make our own beds -- not a big deal but we were surprised. Would have been nice to have a few courtesy dishwasher tabs and liquid soap! |

Located near city center. Even though we booked the room as a "hotel room", not as a "self-catering accomodation", we had to clean the the room before departure. |

It's in the middle of the city & near market & river. Yes, even if we have to stay for only 2 days thn also they ppl expect that we should hv to do all the cleaning of the rooms in apartment. we are here on the trip & don't hv time for cleaning. |

レセプションの時間が限られており、自由なチェックインアウトができない。電車の時間に間に合わないのに、- のんびりとした事務作業。しかも掃除までさせられるし、トイレットペーパーまで買わないといけないので、総- 合的には値段も高いかも。知らなかったこちらが悪いんだろうが・・・ |

滞在型の施設で、キッチンが付いている。その代わりベッドメイクやタオル交換、ゴミ出し、掃除などは自分で- やる必要がある。キッチン設備は充実。 フロントは午後５時にならないと開かない。５時まではシャッターが閉まっていて、誰もいない。早く到着して- も施設の中に入れない。大人２人＋子供なので、広い部屋を使いたくて４人部屋を予約したのに、結局２人部屋- を割り当てられた。料金は４人部屋のままだった。これはひどい。 |

Ce studio est l'idéal pour un cours séjour avec 2 enfants. Il permet plus de liberté qu'une chambre d'hôtel classique. La gentillesse du personnel est à souligner. |

Il divano letto era scomodissimo con le molle che cigolavano in continuazione (non si può riposare assolutamente).C'era troppa luce in quanto le tende non coprivano completamente le finestre ai lati.N.B.se questi problemi venissero risolti,il residence sarebbe ottimo. |
