Anonymous Family with older children United Kingdom August 29, 2011	Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Booking.com were really helpful when we needed to delay our arrival. Flat was small but had all we needed and was clean. Location right on the beach and a short distance from town centre was perfect. It would have helped to be infomred on booking that towels were not provided and also to have had more info about what to expect from the accomodation. We didnt know that reception was closed between 12 and 4, so we had to wait 4 hours in very hot sun before we could move into our appartment. Das Personal war ausgesprochen unkooperativ und erst nach einer Woche auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen bereit, einen Zimmerwechsel vorzunehmen.In der Anlage lag überall Hundekot, dieser wurde nicht beseitigt. Die Appartements waren oberflächlich gereinigt, die Decken dreckig und mit Brandflecken versehen, unter den Betten und Schränken, sowohl auf den nicht auf den ersten Blick ersichtlichen oberen Regalen strotzte es vor Staub. Anonymous Mature couple Germany May 28, 2011	Lage dicht am Meer, wenn auch (fast) ohne Meerblick. Mikrowelle (leider ohne Ofen) und Geschirrspüler. Das Appartment war hell und sauber. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr kleines Appartement, zweites Schlafzimmmer war praktisch eine Besenkammer mit Etagenbett darin. Auch das erste Schlafzimmer war eng. Und das war schon das 6-Personen-Appartment (auf das wir netterweise vor Ort noch umbuchen konnten)! Die Flure in dem Gebäude sind reine Betonfluchten und riechen sehr unangenehm nach Putzmittel. La réception étant fermée. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller. Le lendemain, quand nous en avons parlé à la réception, ils nous ont dit que c'était de notre faute et que nous aurions dû vérifier!
