Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service is until 18:00.
Guests can also choose the Baby Kit that must be purchased online before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair.
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
From 04 April 2009 to 14 November 2009 the hotel reception is open in the Mimosas building Sunday through Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00, Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00.

Location was nice and peaceful. The apartment was nice too and air condition, kitchen etc. worked. I liked the swimming pool. A baby bed and a highchair were brought to the apartment. One reception person was definitely not in a suitable occupation for her. Should I say, almost rude. |

Достаточно удобно расположен. Портье работает 4 - 5 часов в сутки !!! Бред!!! Всё остальное время отель закрыт на замок.!!! Бред!!! О том, что номер не забронирован узнал только по прибытии, чуть не остался на улице с маленькими детьми!!! Всю вину сотрудники отеля свалили на сайт booking.com!!! Бред и свинство!!!!!! Парковка забита, бассейн работает 3 часа в день, стиральная машина в подвале за 8 евро, код на входной двери меняют без предупреждения, внезапно отключают горячую воду и т.д. и т.п. Отель предоставляет массу мелких и крупных неприятностей которые могут испортить весь отдых. Десять раз подумайте, стоит ли связываться. |

Mi-distance entre Antibes et Juan-les-Pins Nous avions réservé une chambre non fumeur et dans les derniers étages. A notre arrivée, nous sommes logés au sous sol (ou RdJ) prés de le buanderie (odeurs de lessives, humidité, bruit des machines...) Nous étions en court séjour donc en prestation hotelière : mais les lits n'étaient pas faits, nous avions pas de serviettes, la clim était hs ainsi que la tv, le ménage était "limite" et il y avait une forte odeur de tabac. Bref, tous sauf ce que nous avions demandé, mais le prix lui malgré cette absence de prestation est resté le même... Un geste de maeva pour un autre séjour aurait été un minimum. Pour information : très difficile de trouver une place de parking et de décharger ses bagages |

Residence relativement calme,personnel discret mais disponible en cas de besoin .Accessibilité de la plage, des commerces et du centre ville à pieds. Lits superposés installés dès ouverture de la porte et dans une partie borgne de l'appartement,sans aucune aeration ni ouverture externe (appartement pour 4 personnes) sous une temperature externe de 28 degres minimum au mois de aout!!!!! Gros problème de parking :vehicule stationnant sur la voie publique pendant toute la durée du séjour sans aucune sécurité,la réservation de place de parking dependant de l'hotel ne pouvant se faire par internet contrairement à la reservation de la chambre!!!!!!!!! Si on veut echapper au vandalisme sur voiture sur la voie publique,on se gare dans les parking publics payants alentour ....1euro/heure...12euros/nuit.....faites le calcul du prix selon la durée de votre séjour..EFFORTS ++++Pour parkings |

Det var ok. Hverken mer eller mindre. Var litt uheldig og fikk rom på bakkeplan uten utsikt. Canvas-vegg til vegg teppe på alle gulv, inkludert baderom var ikke bra ! Litt lukt i leiligheten, men for 2 netter gikk dette bra. |

la posizione strategica molto vicino al mare ma in zona tranquilla la mania dei francesi di utilizzare moquette o simili molto difficili da tenere puliti e che trattengono gli odori ovviamente parlo dei pavimenti. |

En la llegad al hotel a als 20.00 h no podria recoger mis llaves y no podria entrar en el hotel por un sistema automatico. Tendria que buscar otro hotel - con una reserva de 6 personas!!!!!! El dia despues al las 9 h abrio la recepcion. Ni una disculpa. |

la proximité du centre-ville et du bord de mer l'accès de l'accueil qui est difficile quand on arrive en voiture: aucune place réservée le temps de faire les formalités alors qu'un espace serait disponible devant la porte de l'accueil, mais il est planté de "plots". |
