Functional room that slept 6 adults for three days. Nothing spectacular here at all, but a great price and within walking distance of Juan Les Pins town centre, and only a 15 min drive from Cannes. Balcony offered a great sunset and a place to take in the views. Do not expect anything other than form and function, remember the price you have paid and how close you are to the town centre and Cannes if you need to be there are you're laughing! Pillows are poor. Take a pillow

Le prix Vétusté de la chambre, des installations, et des locaux en général. Dans la cuisine, les couverts sont gras. Parking payant, sinon pas de place aux alentours. Au n° 14 : il n'y a rien ! Il faut trouver l'entrée Maeva.

Propreté Personnel inexistant - Nuits difficiles en raison de voisins bruyants et d'une absence complète d'insonorisation. Et nous n'étions qu'en début mai, je n'ose imaginer la haute saison avec une résidence affichant complet. - Pataugeoire plutôt que piscine

Très bonne situation proche centre ville Juan les pins et Antibes. Quartier résidentiel calme, résidence agréable et très bonne isolation. Équipement chambre/ appartement vieillissant, besoin de rafraîchissement des sols, propreté pas impeccable. Paiement du parking et places très difficiles à obtenir dans le quartier ( et c'était aux vacances de printemps, j'imagine en été!!!)

Die Küchenecke ist gut ausgestattet, alles sauber, schöner großer Balkon, ruhige Lage, gute Matratzen, nette Frau an der Rezeption. Die Platzierung des Etagenbettes in einem Flur ohne Fenster wäre ja noch zu tolerieren.Leider war aber ein sehr lauter Lüftungsschacht direkt über dem Bett, so dass es für die Kinder unmöglich war dort zu schlafen.Wir haben die Matratzen in den anderen Raum auf den Boden gelegt , hatten aber auch nur 2 Nächte.Für einen längeren Urlaub nicht gerade erholsam.

Appartement agréable et correctement équipé, situé au quatrième étage, ce qui assure une belle vue sur la côte (immeuble "les lavandes"). Le parking est une vraie facilité dans cette station. Le wifi est indisponible dans cette partie de la résidence

Er was iets misgegaan met de boeking. Dit is keurig door de organisatie opgelost. Veel te klein appartement, maar dat is typisch frans, zodat we eraan zijn gewend

Mi hanno colpito sia la pulizia dell'appartamento, molto molto carino, che la posizione strategica rispetto al centro della cittadina di J. Les Pins che Antibes, comodamente raggiungibili entrambe con una tranquilla passeggiata (con vista mare...). Da rivisitare, sicuramente.

Nette, comfortabel ingerichte studio vriendelijke receptie alles aanwezig zoals vermeld in aanbieding erg tevreden ligging: veel mondaine badplaatsen op redelijke tot korte afstand Lift defect, nog niet gerepareerd parkeren in buurt fataal, wel nette/ rustige omgeving dus privé parking betaald einde probleem, zeer nette oplossing voor 6 euro per dag

Hotel dat voldoet aan prijs/kwaliteit Nadeel is dat het op de top van een heuvel ligt en het voor kinderen vermoeiend is. Niet alle familiekamers zijn even groot.

Vi er en familie på 5 med 3 jenter på 11, 14 og 17 som var litt spent på dette stedet fordi det var en del dårlige "reviews". Men ingen ting av dette slo til. Veldig bra service fra personalet, internet i resepsjonen og et greit svømmebasseng. Vær obs på at håndklær og sluttrengjøring kun er inkludert på opphold mindre en 7 netter. Vi var 12 netter og ble litt skuffet da vi oppdaget det. Men jammen fikk vi det med i prisen som en ekstra service! Perfekt beliggenhet midt i mellom Juan les Pin og Antibes. 8 minutter å gå til herlig sandstrand i Antibes. Lurt å leie parkeringsplass om man har leiebil (ringte ned på forhånd å bestilte). Franskmennene er ikke akkurat snille med bilen de parkerer ved siden av.... Strålende utsikt fra leiligheten i 4. etg. Anbefales om man kan bo litt trangt.

Schönes und von der Größe her überschaubares Zimmer. Trotzdem hatten zwei Große und drei Kleine Platz. Der Ort ist allerdings so mit das Beste, was man an der Cote d'Azur finden kann. Und das ist ja auch eine Menge wert. Alles da, was man braucht, aber auch nicht viel mehr.

Résidence au calme. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas dans l'hôtel. Nous avons eu un souci d'ascenseur pendant 4 jours sur 7 à monter à pied 6 étages avec des courses. Ma maman n'étant plus très jeune. Ca a été un gros souci.
