If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
From 04 April 2009 to 14 November 2009 the hotel reception is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 and Sunday and Wednesday from 09:00 to 12:00. Reception is closed on Wednesday and Sunday afternoon.

Whenever you arrive, you can get your room even if the office is closed, and we did really appreciate, it made our journey less stressful! The hotel staff was very kind and friendly, we ve never felt rushed at any time... The hotel is in a very quiet environment and just 15km from Saint Tropez; Sainte Maxime is very charming and there is a lot to enjoy, Casino, restaurants, beach.... The room was bright, quite huge,, we had a dishwasher, a very comfortable and lovely balcony with a table and some chairs to enjoy a sunny breakfast or an aperitif... "juste magnifique"! Don't park your car anywhere,, there is a free parking very closed to the hotel but it's small,.. you can choose the parking of the hotel for 8 euros a day. |

Le calme, la proximité du centre ville et de la plage, la courtoisie et l'amabilité de la réceptioniste. L'absence de parking, l'ascenseur qui ne fonctionnait pas ( nous étions au 4° et dernier étage...), le téléphone en panne lui aussi et rétabli seulement la veille de notre arrivée !!! Les inondations remontent à près de 2 mois, il est surprenant que les travaux n'aient pas été réalisés et encor"e plus que le site Maeva, contacté la veille de notre arrivée confirme que le parking soutterain était ouvert !!!!!!!!!! |

Helaas een overstroming meegemaakt op de eerste dag van het verblijf. Positief aspect: Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De vreselijke gevolgen van de overstromingsramp. |

Het appartement was goed verzorgd, het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en sprak meerdere talen waaronder Nederlands en engels. Het appartement was bereikbaar via een receptie waar vaak iemand aanwezig is. De ligging is vlakbij centrum, strand en gezellige boulevard. Dankzij een dubbele schuifpui is in de appartementen niets te horen van evt. verkeer in de buurt. Vanaf deze locatie is het heel goed uitstapjes maken richting St.Tropez, Port-Grimaud, Cannes en Nice Voorlichting over gratis parkeren had gekund. Ik lees er nu achteraf over terwijl wij betaald, maar dan wel onder het appartement hebben geparkeerd. |

Prima appartement zeker voor twee personen. Prima ligging ten opzichte van het centrum. Wij zijn wel met de auto naar een ander strand gegaan omdat dat rustiger was en schoner. Maar dat is voor iedereen anders. Je auto kun je parkeren op gratis plekken 100 meter verder op. Ook is het mogelijk om later te arriveren. Dit dien je wel even door te geven zodatje een code van de deur krijgt. |

Malheureusement rien!!! Tres, tres decevant!!!! J'ai déposé un formulaire de réclamation sur place mais j'ai bien des doutes si ce formulaire ne passe pas à la poubelle dés notre sortie!? Mes 2 jours sur place n'ont été qu'une pause sur ma route mais j'ai été tellement décue que je ne recommanderais à personne d'y aller! Pour des locations Pierre et Vacances,il y a de quoi se poser des questions!? Je ne demandé pas un 5 étoiles sinon j'aurais réservé ailleurs, cependant je veux en tant que client de l'hygiene!!! Heureusement j'ai trouvé sur ma route d'autres appart hotels, meme moins cher!!! Avec une proprete impeccable!! Arrivée un dimanche, porte close, on vous laisse un numéro de tel sur la porte, reliant un autre hotel ou la standardiste est hyper désagréable et ne connait rien à votre reservation!? Question hygiéne c'est pire!! Tasse à café encore pleine de marc...micro-ondes ou l'on y retrouve le repas des résidants antérieurs...salle de bain+WC on l'ou retrouve des poils... De quoi etre degoutee!!!!! Et lorsque j'ai montré tout cela à la reception, pas un mot d'excuse ou geste commercial!!! |

Vi bestilte sent og fikk et rom på den siden av hotellet som vender mot trafikk med støy. Betjeningen kunne veldig bra engelsk og gjorde det de kunne for å få oss flyttet over til den andre siden av hotellet. Betjeningen ga også gode tips om gode restauranter. |

Le logement était très bien! Bonne literie, équipement complet et de qualité! La proximité du centre ville et des plages sont un atout de poids! La proximité de la route empèche toute possibilité d'utiliser la terrasse, pourtant très grande! |

le prix de la tv compris dans le séjour avec les lits faits à l'arrivée et le ménage compris au départ. Le personnel était très sympa A noter que normalement les appartements ne sont disponibles qu'après 17H. Parking étroit et payant de 8€ |

Très surprise d'avoir à payer à l'arrivée, sans compter qu'on nous a parlé de contrat que nous n'avons jamais eu. Peut être leur signaler que une reservation par Booking est différente de la voie classique car nous avons cru un moment qu'on ne nous donnerait pas la chambre. |
