i am sorry but this hotel is poor in all catagories the hotel was dull dirty and there was no staff to be seen only one porter at reception |

The Hotel is what is says on the tin, a low budget hotel. for the price it was clean and tidy. It was quite far to the town but on a hot night, a 20 minute stroll along the promenade is welcomed. |

The option to order breakfast and have it delivered to the room was appreciated. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious, and always delivered in a timely manner. I did not like the fact that rarely was a person stationed at the desk to greet guests or accomodate questions. Public transportation to the hotel after 9PM seemed non-existent as far as I could tell. It was a long walk from city center late at night. |

The location is good. You can walk to the centre by the seaside in 30 min. or can take a bus which is 10 m. from the hotel. At the lobby, Monsieur Patrique is a very kind and helpful person. The sight of the Mediterreanen is also perfect. / Otelin yeri oldukça iyi. Yürüyerek şehir merkezine yarım saatte sahilden gidebilirisiniz. On metre mesafede Magnan otobüs durağı var. Girişte Mösyö Patrik oldukça yardımsever birisi. Deniz gören odalardan Akdeniz'in görünüşü de harika. Lack of air condition may be a problem in summer days. Although sufficient, refurnishing might be helpful. / Odada klima olmaması bir sorun olabilir yazın sıcak günlerinde. Herhangi bir sorun olmasa da mobilyaların bazılarının yenilenmesi faydalı olabilir. |

Leaving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything, room in disrepair, no curtains! , electrical wiring showing, loose plug sockets, table lamps on two old chairs either side of the bed, had to hold the shower for each other, tools and extension leads littered the hallway where the manager was doing diy in other rooms, could go on forever really |

Great value. Lovely to have a balcony. Nice center was about 25min walk but there was also a bus outside the door. Staff were really helpful. |

Convenient location for our purpose Did not get the booked room the1st night but charged the same for this dilapidated room. Most unsuitable for my disabled partner and my card (debit) charged the first night before even seeing this room that needed a lot of attention |

I liked the view and how close it was to the sea front I think there needs to be air conditioning as it was very hot in our room and it was much too loud to have the window open the whole night |

Very kind and service minded hotel staff/personel. The owner of the hotel and his wife will provide you with good service and facilities and try to do what ever is in their power to make your stay in Nice as comfortable as possible. Every morning we were served a real French breakfast at our own balcony with seaview. Marvellous! |

acceuil cordial au 3eme etage sur rue,impossible de fermer l'oeil de la nuit a cause des reverberes tres puissants qu'il y a dans la rue,le seul rideau(pas de volets)n'est pas assez opaque pour cacher cette lumiere.Au lever on est fatigués. |

Chambre assez vetuste, le marbre du lavabo ne tenait pas: on a été obligé de l'enlever pour ne pas le recevoir sur les pieds, la cabine de douche fermer par un rideau pour ne pas que l'au coule , à la place d'un pan de la cabine peinture dans la chambre vetuste frigo posé par terre avec un adhesif marron pour le fermer... Rideaux aux fenêtres légers, sans volets le jour passait trop . les patrons sont gentils. Les horaires de départ sont à 10 H. 30 et non pas midi comme dans les autres hotels. |
