Mews "Domaine de Montplaisir", surrounded by trees and meadows, is in a hamlet with 3 houses, in a secluded, quiet position, 15 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac.

For shared use, there is a natural state grounds (50 ha). There is a natural garden of 500 m2 with garden furniture and barbecue. In the house is a washing machine (for shared use).

Parking is possible by the house. Shop is 5 km, grocers 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bathing lake 15 km from the house. Riding stables are 10 km away. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.

It is a 2-room house (80 m2) with comfortable and nice furnishings. There are a living room with TV, 1 large room with 1 bed (140 cm), and a kitchen with 4 hotplates, oven, micro wave, electric coffee machine with dining table open fireplace. There is a Shower with WC. Also in the house are 2 deck chairs. Facilities: cot, logs (free).

Maximum 1 small pet/ dog is allowed. Please note: the holiday house is an outbuilding belonging to a horsebreeding estate. The owners live in the property. The owners speak French, English, Finnish, Swedish and German. The access road to the property is unmade for approx. 300 m
