It was posh and comfortable. The bellman left my luggage in the lobby for nearly 2 hours. When I called for it, after lunch, they had no idea whose it was. They are more pretentious than service minded. |

Bed comfort outstanding. Nicely appointed bathrooms, spacious for Europe. There was construction, and no pool available, no spa, no gym....all the things that make it a four star hotel were torn up during construction, and the room was not discounted for this...also, no mention in any website or anywhere I looked to warn that the construction was happening. |

In general a very serviceminded staff except the outdoor valet parking klerk that was unpolite and very hostile in his attitude. Replace your valet parking guy. |

I stayed at the hotel while I was at a conference with my wife. the staff were extremely hlepful and friendly. The hotel location is excellent. one small comment: rating of rooms is not perfect, i.e. a Deluxe Room I believe should be large room with a small sitting area, which was not the case, but still it was confortably large enough. |

very nice staff, helpful when asked. the hotel is very close to the center of the city, i had access to taxis, buses and train. walking distance from the beach, wonderful scenery. yeah, reception desk is not informative. All food is cooked with wine, that maybe romantic for some, but its disgusting for others. Remember that hotels are for strangers and canne is an international distention. some staff don't speak good English so I had hard time conversing. |

Un très bel établissement. Un personnel attentif présent sans être pesant. Beaucoup de professionnalisme. Nous y retournerons ! la salle de bain. Vieillote par rapport à la chambre qui elle a été rénovée. |

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk, ligging is perfect, lekker restaurant aan. De kamer was oud en had zo zijn mankementjes ( gatje in muur, ontbreken van lamp, kapotte badhanddoekhouder) en ze waren aan het werken aan de nieuwe vleugel van het hotel ( enkel storend tijdens ontbijt) |
