Location is good.
Bathroom, it's too small. The shower cass is too small to use even for a small person. I would be very surprised if this bathroom was approved with a building concert.
Location and staff.
Loud street noises in the morning and inconvenient steps (we stayed on a 3rd floor...)
Decent location-walking distance from all Paris main places to see.
We booked a double room and got a double bed that was made of two single beds linked-worth mentioning that these beds we're coming apart during the night... Bathroom-very basic! No aircon in the room do we kept the window open most of times, our room was looking out to the courtyard (small & basic) however it was a smoking ground for others-we're not smokers so not really enjoyed if...
Location Easy and quick wifi
Size of the room was small
Great location. Invalides underground relatively close. Price is not that bad. Localizacion. La parada de metro invalides muy cerca. Calidad precio no esta mal.
Very noisy, not because of the district which is excellent but because of theway the hotel is made.ho the WIFI did not work that well. Sometimes it did not at all. Mucho ruido. El WIFI horrible.
Near all great shopping of Rue Cler and picnic option on the grass below the Eiffel Tour. Easy access to Metro or the bus system. Wonderful and safe are to walk around at night. Would stay again and stay longer!
It would be very hot in August staying there, but was fine in June with the fan provided for the room.
Bed was comfortable.
No lift and room on forth floor. Room very small. Shower very small.
location was great, fair price, most staff reasonably helpful
very small room,
The location is perfect in the 7th. The staff was very helpful.
This is a fantastic Two-Star hotel. So it was really nice but very small. The room was compact but had what I needed. The stairway is also very small and not a place to suffer vertigo.
The shower is so small that if you are obese, you might not fit. I was challenged to wash my feet.
location is great and the place is clean. Staff is nice and the bathrooms are new.
rooms are minuscule and poorly sound proofed (we could hear the guy next door snoring).
particularly the location
a little bit tired
Rooms and bathrooms are clean, staff is very helpful, location is great, WiFi is fast and price is good, so I would definitely go there again ;)
The hotel is old and shabby Staff is helpful though and location good but you can't even breath there cuz it's not clean. It also changes more than any 2 star hotel near by so just not worth it
Shabby condition, small and unclean rooms
The hotel has character, small, homely. Hot drinks available 24/7. Nice outside patio for meals WiFi worked really easily close to Eiffel Tower Great little cafes to eat at 2 little supermarkets close by.
Shower needed better curtain You do need ear plugs as sound carries easily, however all was quiet after 10.30pm
Closeness to eifel tower and metro station.
The rooms were far to small for two people. We had to move the bed to open the balcony door and then again to open the toilet door
Good value for money, by Paris standards. Clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy or plush about the bedrooms, but the location and the tucked-away ambiance gives it an atmosphere which is quite stylish.
very thin walls, so noise from neighbouring room was clearly audible.
Location and helpful staff
The location of Hotel Malar is great: you can go to a lot of sites by foot, and the metro is very close too.
The hotel room was not very clean, but you can't ask for more at such a relatively low price.
the place is great and close to the metro.
the bathroom is not good to drain the water away. and it is without the elevator.
The location was good. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel tower. There was a wide variety of restaurants and cafes in walking distance.
The shower and bathroom were a little cramped.
The walls were paper-thin. We could hear conversations in the next room as if we were in the same room. The noise went on until about 2:00 a.m. and after three nights we were ready for some rest. The three flights of stairs with luggage and no assistance were rather off-putting as well.
Location is a big plus
