Great Decor, excellent restaurant.

Trouble with the internet connection.

Artistic, interesting, very "hot" right now--even among Parisians.

The rooms were small and it was impossible to light them. Switches were hidden/not apparent and their operation was not intuitive--resulting in frustration when one wanted to go to bed or wake up. Also simply not enough light in the room or bathroom for business travel, when one is up before daybreak.

Staffs are super friendly, nice restaurant with super good service. Very cozy stay in Paris.

The hotel staff at front of house were excellent, could not fault. Housekeeping on the other hand were appalling!! Downstairs for pizza and the bar, had a fantastic atmosphere.

the design and accessories in the hotel were far more interesting than one usually finds in most establishments, far more original!!

I had two large bites on my leg when I woke up in the morning. You have bed bugs in room 324. Keeping your rooms and hotel so dark will encourage this. I will not stay at your hotel again. The eating arrangements are bizzare.

the black lily in our bathroom was rotting and it took us a while to realise what the strange smell was!

The hotel was awesome. Very comfortable, nicely decorated, stylish and different. But I would only recommend it for a night or for its restaurant. The staff was friendly and everyone had a surprisingly good english. We stayed for one night and they were super friendly. BUT, since the next day we werent flying until late, we chose to do an early check out and leave our luggage in the hotel to pick up later. The very minute we finished our check out, the hotel staff didnt care about us anymore, receipts for our luggage werent given, we asked them to call a cab to the airport and they never announced the car had arrived, they didnt care to ask for us a price, etc.

Staff not caring about us after check out, the location is horrible (the 20th neighbourhood). The area is very unsafe at night, locals wouldnt go there after is dark.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Very cool and spacious rooms with a very helpfull staff. Nice Pizza downstairs. A definate must while in Paris!

Very welcoming reception staff, really cool dining room/bar/terrace area. Superb ambience. Quiet aircon. in room.
