The rooms are all newly refurbished with excellent large shower/wet room with good breakfast not just croissants & bread and Sophie the owner is very helpful
No offroad parking but it is very quiet on the road outside
Good location, beautiful rooms, very clean, lovely garden and pool. Hospitality provided by Fabienne was exceptional, breakfast was very good and it was nice to share it with the other guests. Dinner was provided on request and was exceptional. A wonderful stay and we would not hesitate to stay there again.
Delightful courtyard setting and bedrooms full of character. Excellent breakfast in exquisite dining room.
Comfortable bed, but sleep disturbed a little by early-morning tractors and lorries passing by our window on what must be a short cut to somewhere!
What a fantastic place to stay. Superbly comfortable rooms, a delightful breakfast with some excellent homemade preserves. The hostess, Sophie, really makes the place seem like a home from home and nothing seems to be too much trouble for her - even booking tables at the local restaurant. Would definitely stay here again
Nothing at all
Fabienne greeted us in the most extraordinary way. Dinner, breakfast made to order. Everything was best quality. The room, the food, the wine made by the owners, Fabienne's cooking, homemade jams, description of her cooking using her face and hands, the ambiance...fantastic. The perfection of the experience is proven by my negative comments.
Wasn't allowed to park in the parking lot for a seemingly unnecessary reason, other than it was the rule (giving the authentic French experience that exceptions and flexibility are tortuously granted). Directed to park on the road, not far away. The stone walls and solid construction made the WiFi strong only in the dining room/lounge, though there are only three rooms (awesome rooms) in the building and the solution is less than 50 euros (use the building wiring to carry the signal upstairs). I should have mentioned two of us were vegan during the reservation process as they were not ready for that curve-ball, but Fabienne made a huge effort to accommodate. A single non-perishable UHT soy milk carton on the shelf would have avoided this comment. Breakfast was perfect other than we couldn't have our morning soy latte.
Sophie and her family were so helpful and did everything they could to assist us in choosing the best local restaurants and attractions. It was great to get a local's insight. We stayed on two separate occasions during the same trip to the Loire valley and tried two different rooms. Both rooms were fabulous and decorated in a wonderful quirky style.
The hostess was very welcoming and the accommodation was very homely and warm. The food in the morning was UNBELIEVABLE!! Most homemade and organic.
We thought the accommodation was a bit over priced for what we got compared to others in the region.
The whole experience! Sophie was the most charming and helpful hostess, and the Manoir was delightful.
The family , Guillame, Sophie and their son were most friendly and hospitable but above all professional. The breakfast was excellent and relaxation area a bonus .Highly recommended
Sophie the owner was amazingly welcoming and the breakfasts was great.
Sophie the host was very gracious and seemed to enjoy having conversations to improve her English. They produce very good wine at the location and provided us with a tasting and conversation.
Renovation was in progress so we missed seeing the finished yard.
Fabulous host Amazing bathroom Romantic Interesting area
An old world renovation in a quiet village setting with friendly owners Charming. Great wine. Great Breakfast
Sophie, the owner was helpful, friendly and very eager to please. The whole experience was a delight. The rooms were well decorated, clean and comfortable. The en-suites were modern and very well equipped.
There was nothing to fault
