1.Own car park. 2.Wifi connection - although the connection code was interesting, never had 26 characters before. 3. Quiet location 4. In a picturesque town. 5. Close to town centre so able to walk around . 6. Cleanliness.

We booked our trip to the Alsace region last minute in high season and had very few options for hotels. Le Manoir had a room free, and we were pleased with it. High ceilings and decor gave this hotel its charm. The hotel is in walking distance to the center, and we found a little gem of a restaurant to satisfy our appetites at Aux Saisons Gourmandes. The breakfast was overpriced at 9 euro a pop, and the town of Barr is a sleepier, less gastronomically renowned village along the Route du Vin. We would have preferred to stay a tad closer to Riquewihr, Ribeauville, or even in Mittelbergheim or Obernai.

Good area, nice castle, clean and well decorated room. Nevertheless, bed quality was so-so..., and I could not enjoy real breakfast as it starts at 7.00am only. My overall feedback is positive.

Le Manoir is a pitoresque and quite place to stay, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Queens size bed is to small for two people, pillows to flat. Our mattrass was a bit worn out. Not an ideal sleep therefore. For the rest all ok. Room is well light projective with double curtains.

Le style "maison bourgeoise"de l'hôtel décoré avec goût est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner en buffet très complet est remarquable Dommage, la salle de bain n'est pas à la hauteur de la qualité de la chambre.

l'hôtel est vraiment très beau, dans un village très mignon. Idéalement situé sur la route des vins. A mi-chemin entre Colmar et Strasbourg. Bon rapport qualité/ prix et mérite plus de 2 étoiles Évitez les chambre donnant sur rue si vous avez des troubles du sommeil

Das gesamte typische Französische Ambiente. Altes Herrenhaus oder ehemaliger Landsitz. Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt so belassen worden, fanden wir sehr schön! Das Bad ist dennoch modern und sauber, ebenso das gesamte Zimmer. Das Frühstück (extra zu zahlen) war sehr gut, reichhaltig und lecker! Kann man sehr empfehlen. Für französische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Das warme Wasser im Bad ist für 2 Personen nicht ausreichend. Duschen und waschen mit 2 Personen klappte nicht, es gab nach kurzer Zeit kein warmes Wasser mehr.

La chambre familiale est spacieuse mais le lit 2 pl.est petit. Le petit déjeuné est copieux. Il faut être patient pour avoir de l'eau chaude dans la salle de bain.

Das Hotel Le Manoir ist stilgerecht mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Dazu passt auch die sehr freundliche, entgegenkommende Art der Mitarbeitet. Beides schafft eine Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen.

Ein Herrenhaus das mit viel Liebe zum Detail zu einem romantischen Hotel umgebaut wurde. Man wird in eine Zeit um die Jahrhundertwende zurückversetzt. Alle die diese vergangene Zeit lieben und vermissen, werden sich in diesem Hotel wohl fühlen. Der Besitzer wie auch das restliche Personal sind sehr freundlich. Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet wird im sehr gemütlich mobilierten Salon gereicht. Der Nachmittagstee wird im gelben Salon eingenommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne an die hier verbrachten Tage zurückdenken.

Vriendelijk personeel, praktische parkeerplaatsen, kasteelstijl kamer, goed ontbijt. kwaliteit badkamer; erg gedateerd. Slechte staat van onderhoud aan buitenzijde hotel. Geeft de indruk van een wat gebrekkige en amaateuristische aanpak van onderhoud, met name schilderwerk.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern im Romantik Stil eingerichtet. Das Familienzimmer mit Verbindungstüre war für uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern super. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, nicht zuviel und nicht zu wenig. Ein eigenes Restaurant für Mittag oder Abendessen hat es nicht. Sehr schöner Salon auch am Nachmittag für Tea-Time! Der Park rund um das Hotel fanden wir auch ideal, es hat eine Schaukel und genug Platz für die Kinder zum Spielen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder ins Le Manoir gehen!
