Lovely quiet room with comfortable bed, very cosy hotel, convenient for sights and metro, perfect for Olympia Theatre and some great places to eat / drink nearby. Recommended! |

One of the ladies at the desk was very helpful. She recommended the bus and it was very easy to get around Paris this way. Twin beds pushed together! |

Accomodating staff, cute little balcony in the room in general, many european hotels do not have curtains or shower enclosures and it is very difficult not to get water on the bathroom floor while showering. Including at least a partial shield or enclosure would be helpful - regardless the bathrooom facilities were neat and clean. |

Like the style of the hotel and also the location is excellant for sightseeing and shopping. Found the hotel room was faded and in need of updating. Bath was old and could be changed or at least regrouted. |

We had a really large room, especially for Paris. The front desk staff was always friendly and there was access to their computer for free and they booked taxis and held our bags all day. They gave us a hard time with the kids at check in although the site clearly states kids stay free using existing bedding. We agreed to 17euro extra and after that, all was great. The entire staff was very helpful. |

I really appreciated the excellent kindness of the hotel staff, not to forget to mention that my room was very clean like the rest of the hotel and my bed was quite comfortable. Having a room at the back, it was very quite over the night. Breakfast could be better and the price (13euros) was to high so that I would say it was very poor because I had to pay for every extra. Standart breakfast consisted in 1 glass of orange juice, coffee, milk, 1 piece of butter, 2 pieces of marmelade, 1 croisant and one slice of bread. |

The location is perfect between Madeleine, Opera and The Louvre. The reception staff are usually very professional. Decor is classical and comfortable if you are not in the smallest room they have. The cleaning staff are often noisy. |

The situation of the hotel The noise from next rooms. We changed the room because it was in the last floor without lift. |

A perfect location, "nextdoor" to Place Vendome and the Ritz. Not far from rue Saint-Honoré or Louvre. For this area our room rate was perfect. Our room was on top floor under the roof. It did not have a good view from windows, but was quiet in the night. Bathroom size excellent. Airconditioning could not keep our room cool in hot summer. Kig-size bed for two was not big enough. Imho room furniture should be newer. On top floor no heavy luggage is advisable, since the lift takes you up only as far as the floor below. |

The location was excellent and the room was well priced; a very good value especially in terms of location. The paint was peeling in my room near my bed and although the website said the rooms were air conditioned, my room was not. I was also unclear from booking on line that my room would only have one twin bed in it. |
