Rooms were modern. staff at reception spoke excellant english and were very helpful in pointing us the correct direction for the landmarks.

There was not a bar in the hotel. Breakfast was ment to be on till 10am but when we went down at 9:30 there was not alot left at all.

Even though we paid for deluxe room, it was VERY small. Bathroom was tiny. Buffet breakfast was lacking in choices, and not replenished often. Also no restaurant or room service. Ok for our short stay but not value for money

My friend and I really liked Mr. Armund. He is a lovely man, who helped us to enjoy our stay. Mr. Armund is very knowledgable and very friendly. He is an assett to your business.

The decor was fresh, modern and inviting.The room, in spite of the small space, was well laid out and convenient; enough wooden hangers and shelf space for your things (although short people might have some trouble). Comfortable bed and lots of pillows, nice soaps and a good amount of towels. Always had hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Even though my room was on the avenue side, the room was quiet, dark from the light blocking curtains.

The bathroom dosen't have good light. It's difficult when putting on make-up, quite dark. Hotel does not provide moisturizing lotion. It would be nice to have a full length mirror inside on of the wardrobe doors.

Location was fantastic - half way between Arc d'Triomphe and Eiffel Tower! Safe walking around at night. Staff on duty 24/7. Room was compact but very comfortable. Noise reducing windows were very effective - could have been noisy with them open. Breakfast was reasonably pricey but nice enough if you filled up!

Short stay of 4 days was just right, there were no drawers to stow things so still used cases daily. The mirror in the bathroom steamed up so couldn't dry hair with their hairdryer and the other mirror was behind the bed - so not able to use it with own hairdryer - made for some interesting hair days!

There was no information in the rooms-either a compodium of the hotel and it's facilities etc nor about Paris,maps etc
