Location They had not read our booking request and did not have a room available for 3 adults +1. We squeezed into a room for 3 people - our choice. Reception is not manned at 7am in the morning and it is not possible to call a taxi |

Breakfast was good! The staff are very friendly and nice. The cupboard in the room. The pillow was a little dirty also. And it's actually quite a distance from the Lourdes Sanctuaire, something which I didn't think it would be from reading the guest reviews... |

Just the location Most time without nobody at the reception. It looks like a ghost hotel. They dont speak english. I left my luggage at the reception after the check-out and when I came back to pick up nobody was at the hotel. I did not recomend. |

This Hotel being a 2 star was comfortable and convenient for myself while staying here in lourdes. This hotel more suitable for the backpacker/single traveller and couples. Not suitable for groups as there is little room/space to sit down on the approach entrance to the reception area. Not enough space to cater for groups to sit in at night downstairs to relax. The computer / internet is slow and needs updated. |

It was close to the sanctuary and the receptionist was helpful. It also isn't expensive at all... There is not much comfort, just basic neccessities. |

Nothing since this hotel do not offer any added value, neither tv, nor Internet, nor room service. Yes, the behavior of the owners who were impolite but telling their guests being liars. |

I did not like anything about this hotel, which was absolutely infested by cockroaches and as a result had to find another hotel at 11pm after we came back to the hotel and discovered cock roaches in every room! It was absolutely filthy! cockroaches in all bedroom. This caused a great deal of incovience for me and my husband as well as my disabled parents who both are diabetic......god knowns what would have happened to my parents if they got bit by the cockroaches.....I had no choice but to leave that hotel and find another one which cost me twice as much. |

It was right in the center of the town accessible to wherever I wanted to go. It was cheep so I did not have to worry too much about money and since i planed not to stay in the hotel during the day the condition did not bother me too much. I did not like the night staff they had one day. She was a young lady who did not have any manners or training of being a receptionist. She was very rude and abrupt. The rest of the staff were excellent. |

It was a nice basic hotel right in the middle of town so easy to get everywhere and it was comfortable. Most of the staff were helpful and polite I wish they gave plates for your bread at breakfast, as you had to eat it from the table and put out more butter instead of us having to ask for it. |

Misleading information about room charges reduced from £90 to £45,and not pleasure to stay there.we spend the time only for sleeping not for any other relaxing.very uncomfortable. No tea coffee food facilities. Please do not include in your advert, lot of improvements to do this hotel, cleaing, capets and everything.I will not recommend to anybody. |

The kind and friendly reception of the owner and employees. Beds were crammed in the room. Of course, we wanted a double bed only, but we had a double bed and an extra bed in the room. We knew about this before we had booked. This was the last room available when we booked. I recommend this hotel especially because of its position in rue de la grotte. |

The owner was loud and angry on the phone most of the time. Very uncaring about the residences staying there. Cheap and limited breakfast. The rooms have no sound insulation whatsoever. The beds are foam not real mattresses. You can barely sit on the toilet. Do you need more? Sending a letter wouldn*t make any difference as he doesn*t care. |
