Cheap and easy walk from everywhere.
Not what it said on the tin. No wifi. No tv (not really an issue but it was advertised with one). Wasnt especially clean. And had a small group of ants living there. No curtains on the window. The power outlets were also hanging off the wall and the light fitting was bare, all in all if looking for a cheap no frills place to stay a youth hostel would be better. The apartment looked as if someone started working on it and gave up and left it. We weren't expecting a lot of the place. But it still disappointed. A shame because with some TLC it would be a perfect place for a weekend break
+The man who received us at the property was great! Very polite and helpful. +The location was amazing: close to metro, lots of bars and restaurants, close to supermarkets and bakeries, walking distance to Bastille, Notre Dame, Hotel de Ville +Good value for money +Lovely little balcony over the roofs of Paris +I would recommend this place if you're not too fussy and only staying for two nights. +They kindly let us leave our luggage until 2pm. +The bedding and the floor was clean, shower and kitchen were ok
-We were told to get the keys from a cafe next door. They didn't have them and didn't want to help us either. I phoned the two numbers I was given, one was switched off and the other one just hang up on us. Then a lovely man came to let us in eventuall and he said only after 20.30 we should have gone to the cafe, but we didn't know that. -This was not a fully equipped kitchen: a random selection of one mug, two plates, only one bowl, one knife but two forkes etc. They knew it was two of us. You couldn't have really cooked/have a proper meal in there, but we only stayed two nights so it wasn't too bad. -No internet even though advertised. -No tv, even though advertised. - Very unresponsive helpline: I phoned host twice during our stay, but nothing. -The cupboards were pretty dirty. -The toilet in the hall way didn't have lights and wasn't really a delight. -No curtains!!!!
loved the small balcony, It was a cute little place.
no wi-fi, they said they had it but we were never able to get the connection
Good location. Nice view on the Eiffel Tower and roofs.
Absence of curtains.
They were very polite, when I got there they had already rented the room I reserved online.. But when I called then, they booked a room in a more expensive hotel nearby and paid the difference! Didn't get to see the studio, but they didn't leave me out there in the cold! Very friendly, next time I go to paris I'll try to book with them again! Awesome location with a lot of restaurants and near a metro station
My room had already been occupied when I got there
Great location, beautiful views you can see the eiffle tower from the balcony!!!
The extra charge for towels and bed linen
The day before we were told to pick up the key from a nearby cafe by email (what if I couldn't use internet!?). The staff didn't know about any key. I dont know how it's possible. Finally they found the key. There was no elevator, so getting to the 6th floor with luggage wasn't that nice. Near to the door in the corridor there wasn't light so even opening the door was difficult. The room was really small. There wasn't TV in the room even though it was told to be. From the balcony we couldn't see the Eiffel tower as seen in the pictures. There wasn't paper in the toilet. We needed to ask about the wifi, and when we finally got it the signal was weak. The staff didn't answer our call. Room was really cold in the nights. Shower water was ice cold. In the night it was dangerous to go to the toilet, because there wasnt light. I even hurt my leg because of that. Overall it was the worst stay in my whole life. Keep away from this one!
It d take too long to comment about this property, I never recommend you to stay in this property.
Very good state of repair and cleanliness Free WiFi Convenient location - only a few minutes' walk from the metro
The blind in the room was broken, so people across the street might have been able to see me! There was some confusion at the café where I was picking up the key
