Bed too soft can't sleep
Clean, friendly staff, close to the center.
Breakfast - I have never seen so poor breakfast!!!! I will say they don't have it at all! Location - close to the center, but the street it is located is not the best one for 5 stars! I was afraid for my wife to come this street alone in late evening. Elevator - waiting time for it is something awful. In general it is good for 3 stars, and really bad for 5 stars.
The room provided to us to house our 14 year old daughter was excellent with two washrooms and enough space for all of us. Your staff were wonderfully helpful and the location was exactly where we wanted to be. Thank you for a great stay in Paris. I would definitely go back.
Up-to-date facilites, bathroom, amenities, bed. Good taste in decoration. Impecable housekeeping and accomodating reception/concierge. Polite staff without exageration. Good for the discerning and seasoned traveler.
Some rooms are better designed than others. Rooms facing Marignan are better designed than rooms facing the couryard. No complaints in general.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. great location and good recommendation for giuded tour services. will stay again on the next holidays.
Everything in this hotel is very well designed, from the reception to the light switches. It is very confy, too.
Whatch out for the breakfast, an omlette costed me 19 euros!
Excellent location, we had a wonderful view of Eiffel Tower. Spacious room and bathroom, fast wifi and very helpful staff.
Breakfast not that great
Fantastic position, all best you need for a quality hotel in a loved city;
Comfort of room Service of staff Great bed
Air con was very poor and so we slept with windows open.
Location , design , friendly staff
Check in took some time , room was not ready upon arrival.
The manager was excellent!
excellent location, very helpful staff, stylish decor, comfortable and renovated rooms
The rooms were not as clean as you would expect from a hotel at this caliber. Separation glass between shower and sink was really dirty. More attention to detail is required with cleaning
Plenty of space in the room and bathroom. Location is superb.
Small closet, not possible to hang out the coat or trousers. In a deluxe room there is no view outside, only to the niche. In prepaid breakfast you get only bread and butter. Yogurt, fruits, muesli..are a la cart only.
We took the Delux room, the room was spacious and clean. Bed are comfy. I liked the contemporary design of the hotel, the location is perfect.
One small and slow elevator for the whole hotel. We were given a wrong room (standard) at the begining but when we asked, one the hotel representatives came to apologize and correct the mistake.
very attentive staff. room nicely decorated
elevator very small
The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My requests were attended to immediately and check-in was smooth and fast. The room was very comfortable and the size decent for Paris standards. Breakfast was fast and generous. The location is unbeatable close to the action but quiet at the same time.
My only complaint is that the room's Nespresso machine had not been cleaned so I did that myself. Nevertheless I was happy to have a kettle and coffee machine in the room.
Very good location, cleanness, friendly staff, free mani bar, free wifi etc...
The hotel was very modern and chic Location excellent Room spacious and clean Great experience
Drinks in the hotel very expensive
42 Euros for a breakfeast made of two eggs and two coffees. Personnal training during our check-out.
Central location, quietness of rooms (especially at rear of building), quality of the beds!
Public areas of the hotel are up today's and modern ......and so not 'homely' and not to my particular taste.....
Second room had three good quality fold down beds and own bathroom. Our teenage daughter had this to herself but two friends could have joined her. Very short walk to metro and Champs Elysees so a great location. Our car was parked for us and ready and waiting with bags inside when we were ready to go.
Bar area was a bit "stale", lacking atmosphere.
1) Location 2) Modern designs and decorations.
We upgraded our booking to the Eiffel Suite, and paid extra money for that, We did not expect this level of un professional behavior from the staff, especially the room service. There was no room service menu in our suite and we called reception asking them to provide one. But, with no respond and it ended with one of the staff is telling us we have these dishes in a poor english accent, you can choose from. If you want to spend money for luxury DO NOT GO for Marignan Hotel.
The way how reception stuff was rude
