Hotel Marignan Champs Elysees  

We have ordered a deluxe room for 3 persons. On arriving the receptionist had been surprised that we were 3 as soon the room had been prepared for 2. But they put the 3rd bad within 5 minutes. Unfortunately this bad has eaten all empty space in the room. We demanded for upgrade. And next day we have been moved in a luxury duplex. The price was the same but room 3 times bigger and more comfortable. But I think it was an exclusion as On April 10 the hotel would close for a big reconstruction. So my family was the last who lived in this property

Free wifi was available only in reception zone. Breakfast was 27 euro, but during our stay they had promotion - pay for 1 and have 2

Perfect Location, ideal rooms for families, elegant and excellent quality breakfast, attractive family policy, ideal for shopping

I was very satisfied in general and even if there was a lack of services, the friendliness of the personel would fill in that lack

room are too small and the water pressure in the bathroom is low

Location, location, location... The best one can get in Paris...

The "Spoon" was closed... To manage a room air conditioning was a bit complicated... No locks in the toilets!!! (just a french detail or this specific hotel´s rule?)

シャワーへの切り替えが甘く、カランからの水漏れがあったので、朝、フロントで指摘したら、午後返ってきた- ら直っていた。お国柄、早急な対応はムリだろう、と思っていたのである意味驚き、感動した。

PCを持っていかなかったので借りたかったが、1台あるといっていたPCが故障していた。だた、フロントの- PCを使っても良いとオファーはしてくれた。

Chic et très agréable.

Lors de ma réservation j'ai insisté pour avoir une chambre en étage avec terrasse & vue sur la tour Eiffel/ les toits de Paris. Ma volonté a été exaucée pour mon plus grand bonheur et celui de mon épouse. Un positionnement idéal en plein coeur de la ville en étant à mi chemin entre la Seine et les Champs Elysée. Concernant le personnel, tout simplement nickel! Souriant, disponible et le comble c'est qu'en leur demandant quelque chose on n'a pas l'impression de les déranger!!!!! Merci à toute l'équipe de m'avoir redonner de l'espoir vis à vis de la qualité de l'accueil à la Française!!!!!!

Posizione centralissima sugli Champs Elysee. Ottimo per vistare la città. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera ampia e arredata con ottimo gusto.

Riscaldamento assolutamente esagerato. Difficoltà di regolazione fan-coil. Una bottiglietta di Perrier dal frigo bar a 8 euro mi pare troppo. Buffet colazione pagato 27 euro (che assolutamente non li valeva) e alla richiesta di uova strapazzate mi è stato prospettato extra costo di 7 euro!!!!
