The location is perfect, beaches are nearby, swimmingpool is good. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the staff is very nice. A very good place to be! It being our second visit, we noticed that the swimmingpool area was a little less clean last year. (Bird-droppings) And the fact that every now and then there are 4-5 people with diving-gear in the swimmingpool getting lessons is not ideal. |

Maid service was excellant, Resturant was good, pool and pool area was good Several issues to note, they are not complaints they are observations, (1) Room far too small for a long stay (2) Room lighting terrible. (3) No UK TV (4) view from balcony obscured by plants, not worth having a balcony. FYI: I stayed at two other Best Western Hotels during my holiday both of which I gave god reviews. |

The room was comfy but small. The staff were very helpful. Great pool. Beautiful beach in Agay, short drive away. Loads of restaurants around the harbour or 5 mins drive to St Raphael. The breakfast was too expensive, so we ate out in a nearby cafe each morning. |

I enjoyed waking up and walking along the Mediteranean into town, the beach, the pool area. It was easy to take day trips to Nice and Saint Tropez. The internet was down during our stay. When we checked in, we were told that we could use the computer at the front desk but it was only late at night and our time on it was extremely limited. |

Bed was okay. Swimming pool was good Our room was not cleaned one day. Staff not service oriented. There was a loud disco below our room which went on until the early hours. |

Our room overlooking the marina was attractive, comfortable, clean and very peaceful. The public areas of the hotel were also very inviting. We'll definitely stay here again. |

The restaurant staff gave good service. no kettle in room, meagre supply of long life mini milks, no biscuits. Because I booked through an agent there was no upgrade for gold card members.They tried to con me into a below standard room, untill i drew their attention to the booking terms which stated a standard room. I shall not be staying there again. |

Hotel bien situé, immense piscine, chambre avec balcon au dessus de la piscine, personnel très attentionné. En été possibilité de déjeuner au bord de la piscine à un prix très correct (Salades,plats simples, ...) L'hôtel est moderne mais assez vieux (une trentaine d'année) et mériterait un sérieux rafraîchissement général :: les moquettes sont usées jusqu'à la corde et tâchées, les murs ne sont pas nets, certains équipements et infrastructures sont délabrés |

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr idyllisch wenn man Hafenambiente schätzt und liebt. Es ist ruhig gelegen, sofern kein starker Wind vom Meer her geht und die Segelschiffe im Hafen starke Windgeräusche machen. Der Spatziergang vom Hotel aus zu Fuss dem Strand entlang bis ins Zentrum von Saint Raphael ist sehr schön.(ca. 25 Min.) Schlecht ist, dass es nur eine beschränkte Anzahl abgeschlossener Parkplätze (Tiefgarage) gibt. Ansonsten muss das Auto vor dem Hotel in gebührenpflichtigen und unbewachten Parkplätzen abgestellt werden. Eher schlecht, wenn man auf der Durchreise ist und das Auto voller Reiseeffekten! |

Неплохой бассейн, достаточно приличные завтраки, все минимально необходимое в номере Единственно проблема - сильный шум в номерах особенно по ночам, которые выходят на дорогу и парковку. И все-таки лучше, если все банные принадлежности будут в номере, а не просить это каждый раз на ресепшене |

Dat de kamer en badkamer iedere dag weer schoongemaakt waren als je terugkwam. In het trappen huis lag erg vieze en oude vloerbedekking, waar daar het daar erg onaangenaam rook. Ook zou de deur van datzelfde trappenhuis, rondom de handgrepen regelmatig schoongemaakt kunnen worden, zodat deze niet zo zou plakken. |

Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable, que ce soit à la réception, à la restauration ou même les personnes du ménage. La piscine est un bon atout. L'hôtel est calme et bien situé, proche de la plage, du centre ville, des boutiques ou restaurants, à 2 pas de la gare sncf. Le prix !! N'ayant récupéré les clés que le matin de la 1ère nuit, aucun tarif n'a été proposé. Un geste commercial aurait été le bienvenu, puisqu'au final, la chambre n'a été occupée qu'une seule nuit à partir de 07h jusqu'au lendemain 11h . |

Hotel ist sehr gepflegt. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer gegen den Hof sind sehr lärmig gelegen. Bis um 24:00 Uhr Lärm eines Diesel Motors. Mitarbeiter der benachbarten Restaurants reinigen und entsorgen bis 00:15 Uhr. Um 07:30 Uhr Kehrsichtentsorgung durch schweren Lastwagen. Da die Scheiben überhaupt nicht schallisoliert sind ist an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Für 170 Euro absolut überteuert. |

Hele schone frisse kamers met goede sanitaire voorzieningen, heerlijk zwembad, goede parkeermogelijkheden en super vriendelijk personeel. ontbijtbuffet werd slecht bijgevuld, er was genoeg keus maar werd gewoon slecht aangevuld |

Το πιο ωραιο σημειο ηταν η αιθουσα του πρωινου που ηταν διπλα στα σκαφη αναψυχης και το καλοκαιρι τα τραπεζακια ηταν εξω στην προβλητα. Η αποσταση με τα ποδια απο το κεντρο της πολης ειναι μονο 15- 20 λεπτα και ετσι συνδιαζει την αναλογη ησυχια για το βραδυ. Τα κρεββατια ηταν πολυ μικρα, στενα και κοντα....Δεν ειχαν ανθρωπο να βοηθησει στις βαλιτσες. |
