Newly renovated room/bathroom! The morning receptionist (Monday 25 May 09) was exceptional - efficient and friendly whilst attending to the front office, room service and breakfast room all by herself! Didn't get her name but she should be recognised by the hotel mgmt. The onsite parking promised at the time of the booking was NOT available! Very inconvenient! The hotel blamed booking.com for mistaken information on the website. Lots of construction around the hotel. |

In the city center, very nice and modern rooms, a good restaurant next door. Located in a large building that makes it difficult to find it as the hotel name is not visible from the road. Problems with parking places around. It is better to park at public parking over the road (5 min walk) |

Convenient town centre location. Not close to station -a good 10 minute walk away. Used to be the (Bleu) Marine Hotel before Mercure took it over. Breakfast a complete rip off at 15 ECU (european currency units). Much better to go to a cafe. |

The hotel was central to everything. We walked to see all the sights easily and enjoy the beauty of Angers! The double windows blocked out the smalll amount of street sounds. The name of the hotel changed between the time we booked it and the time we arrived. An email notice of this change would have been helpful. However, a staff member saw us look in the window, turn, and continue our walk. He chased us down! |

Services and staff were very good. Location is excellent. Housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Breakfast was vastly overpriced for what you received. HVAC system did not work as well as I would expect. Room was always very warm, Complaints to the Front desk did not resolve the situation. |

The hotel is situated in the city centre of Angers, everything is close. The rooms are very clean and the staff is polite and helpful. There was free of charge unlimited wifi internet access in good quality. The room was a bit small for two people. |

Good value hotel in centre of Angers at price paid for when booked via Booking.com. Excellent breakfast selection served up to 10am. Very quiet over the weekend. Excellent parking 5mins from hotel at 1E per night. Hotel room price of 170 Euro would make this very expensive for a 3 star hotel. Very noisy Germans at 2AM for three nights did not help. Bottle of water in room on day of arrival - non after and the plastic cups were not replaced -started with two and after second day down to non - reception provided breakfast cups when asked. |

The staff of the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The room looked amazing and was very clean. I recommend this hotel to anyone. |

Close to centre and railway station. Value for money. There was nobody at the reception desk and after waiting a while somebody from the restaurant catched the receptionist from somewhere. Might be an exception, but nevertheless. |
