Easy to find,courteous and pleasant staff and a good breakfast with very fresh bread (still warm).We would certainly stay again.

The pillows were very small and there was no tea available in the machine in the foyer.

Manager was very friendly and helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet. Easy drive into town for a really good meal at La Licorne in the main square. The town is beautiful but was extraordinarily quiet.

The booking system was a bit of a nightmare. Could not book for the whole group at once and by the time I had booked one room the others were no longer available. You should be able to select and book all the rooms at the same time. First room was then confirmed with no refund and we thought we might have to book into another hotel for the other people in our group. Eventually we used a different website and found that rooms were available after all. The manager then found us a family room which was very convenient and cheaper so it worked out in the end but it would have been much better if we could just have phoned him and sorted it that way but there was no phone number on the website. I would recommend that until the system is improved you just turn up and see what you can get rather than risking booking one room and then not getting others.

Only one bedside lamp was insufficient .

One of the nicest Etaps that I have stayed at. Comfortable, clean and very good wi-fi which was free. Used as a stopover and would use again.

Propre, moderne, insonorisé, bon rapport qualité prix (dans le cadre d'une étape sur la route)

Le personnel, très présent et agréable nous a permis de prendre notre chambre un peu plus tôt.. La possibilité de se restaurer sans reprendre la voiture.

Les croissants du petit déjeuner.. Un peu rassis... Je rigole !

le coup téléphonique pour pouvoir avoir le n° de la chambre ainsi que le code d'entrée sachant que la réservation a été faite par internet...surtout quand il faut appeler 4 FOIS pour tomber sur une messagerie. LAMENTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
