A member of staff was particularly helpful he spoke very good English.We had a couple of minor problems on arrival but were dealt with swiftly and to our satisfaction. The mattresses were hard I slept like a log, my partner had a bad night, she didn't sleep well at all.Unfortunately the restuarant was being refurbished,so we ate in the Ibis next door which was adequate,but with hindsight I would have gone to the old part of town and found a restuarant there. |

comfortable, compact, clean. reception ok. continental breakfast good. pet dog accepted at no extra charge. sour smell in the shower. Poor choice of evening meal in the immediate area. satnav gps location has you on the wrong side of a dual carriageway. you can see the hotel but not get there. It took 10/15 mins to sort out. |

Not a lot. Had to ask for another towel as only one supplied for two people. Toiletries not renewed on second day. Lack of personnel able to communicate. No fruit juice and no explanation. |

It was quiet, convenient, and we had a reasonable buffet breakfast. For our needs as a stop over on our way back from the south of France to England, it was ideal. We booked at the Hotel Marmotte, and were not informed of the change of name/ownership/booking agency, and had some difficulty finding it. |

This Hotel has been re-named fro Marmotte to Etappe which resulted in us wasting a lot of time trying to locate it.if we had arrived after 10 pm we would have been in trouble as reception is then closed. |

The rooms were compact, newly refurbished, and clean (see below). The breakfast was good. The price was excellent at 40 Euros for a double room. Apparently, this hotel changed its name some time ago to Etap Hotel, but the Booking.com website continues to give it by its old name of Hotel Marmotte. After I had booked, I noticed that the website started to display that "bookings could not currently be made at this hotel". Hence, before we left on holiday I telephoned Booking.com Customer Services to ask if my booking was still OK. |

Very good stop-over for a one night stay. Clean and adequate for simple needs, and very good value for what you get. Spartan. We were not told that the hotel had changed it's name, and it took a long time to find (given that we were looking for the old name). |

Réservation prise le jour-même à 18h00 sans problème, enregistrement et check-out faciles La porte d'entrée de l'hôtel claque bruyamment : il vaut mieux éviter les chambres situées au centre. La propreté de la chambre pourrait être un peu améliorée. |

Bon accueil, parking correct, petit déjeuner suffisant avec du bon jus de pomme, bonne literie et bonne télévision, chauffage suffisant et réglable facilement. Plus de chambre fumeur, état moyen surtout la salle de bain, restaurant fermé. |

Lors de notre nuitée, appréciation très bonne de l'accueil, la propreté et la tranquillité, assez proche de la ville. le parking non clôturé, ni sécurisé. Le guichet automatique d'accueil qui ne prenait pas en compte notre carte bancaire malgré l'enregistrement de notre réservation . |

Le personnel quoique peu nombreux est souriant et disponible. Tout est parfaitement et proprement entretenu. Le parking est vaste et gratuit. Les menus du restaurant sont délicieux et bon marché. Le rapport qualité/prix de l'ensemble est imbattable et, dès lors, toute critique négative serait injustifiée. |

la douche n'était pas une cabine. attente d'environ 15 minutes devant l'accueil, il a fallut téléphoner pour que quelqu'un arrive. chaines tv non réglées. bruit dès 5 heures du matin. |
