中心地から大分離れていますが、トラムの駅が目の前にあり、便利でした。バスタブとシャワーが分かれており- 、日本人にはありがたい創りになっています。映画も無料で見放題なので、部屋でゆっくりできます。

Suite Hotel全般で言えることですが、朝食は期待できません。あと、駐車場が高い！

ロビーやフロントなども近代的なモダンなオシャレを意識していて、素敵だった。朝食は、冷たいけれど栄養計- 算された２種類の選択肢から選ぶカップに入った食事で、フレンチ朝食の割に面白かった。ホテル自体は新しく- 部屋は大変広く、テーブルやソファも素敵で、部屋の設備は今迄で最高。サービスで水のペットボトルあり。見- 所が近く、高低差はそうないので、歩いても楽しい。ただ、中心地から歩くと遠いので、トラムやメトロを利用- すると便利。

冷蔵庫の中からパッケージされたサラダやヨーグルトを選ぶ朝食は、朝早く出発するような方には便利かもしれ- ませんが、機内食みたいでちょっと味気なく感じました。

Room facilities were fantastic. Free music, movies, and internet, large workstation area, modern bathroom, and very comfortable bed. Wonderful, friendly staff. Good location, very close to tram and metro station. Only a ten minute walk to Vieux-Port. Very tasty food, although it may have been a tad overpriced. Decent view, others have said it overlooks construction site, but that's directly below and you can still see the water and hills in the distance. Hotel was very quiet, did not hear any noise coming from hallway or other rooms. Highly recommended, and would stay again in Suitehotel in other cities if available.

Put up "Do not disturb" sign on door, but returned to room to find it had been entered and cleaned anyway. Few restaurants and convenience stores nearby, but we were able to have food delivered to hotel without a problem.

Our room was spacious and very clean, staff were lovely. The hotel is on the tram line in a quiet, new, safe business area and within walking distance of Marseille centre. Marseille is quite expensive for food so it was handy to have the kettle, microwave and fridge for DIY breakfast.(perfection would have been a traditional patisserie nearby, but this is nitpicking because the hotel breakfast was lovely and sells a selection of meals and snacks/drinks in the foyer as well as having a bar). I could not believe the price for 3 nights in such a lovely city break hotel and will definitely use booking.com and the Suitehotel chain again, it really made our stay complete! Next time we will take advantage of the free car for guest use.

Nothing to do with the hotel as such, but although we had a lovely view of the sea and a vacant area yet to be developed, we also looked onto an event hall which was holding very loud music festival the first two nights which made sleeping difficult! Oh well, it could have happened anywhere. The hotel itself was extremely quiet and we only met one other couple in the corridor and did not hear a sound from any other rooms during our stay.

The suitehotel is very well located with public transport just in front of the door. I came by car and the public parking is also next to the hotel, a fee is applicable (I must say not too cheap). When I left the Hotel I forgot my mobile and I had to call from a phone cell in Aix, at the end of the day, I came back and my mobile was at the reception. I was extremely pleased, this was the best of all: to know the cleaners are honest. The room by the way is excellent, big enough, very clean, verything is brand new.

Parking cost was excessive.Hotel in a buisiness district not many eating facilities for dinner. Ibis next door was best dining in the area. Booking dot com indicated a free massage for guests thursday evening hotel staff new nothing about this offer.

I loved my stay at this hotel, very friendly staff, who also spoke very good english. The rooms were very well equipped, modern and clean on arrival, and cleaned to a high standard daily. Commuting was very easy, with the tram terminus right outside the front door. The nearest metro was just a 5 minutes walk down the same road. I would certainly visit this hotel again.

The reception staff (especially Linda) were very helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms were very spacious. The room facilities and fittings were excellent. The price was excellent for the standard of the rooms. I liked the seperate toilet and bathroom, the walk in shower, the free films and music selection and the full length mirror. Every thing you would want and need were provided. The room layout and facilities had been well thought out. The rooms would still be spacious for a family.

The only small negative thing would be the location as it would not suit everyone. The hotel is about a 20minute stroll to the Vieux Port. The hotel is serviced by good public transport. The tram stop is just outside. The metro is 5minutes down the road and so is the bus stop.

No better than the Athens hotel you booked for us they had noconfirmation of our room.

Much better than expected with newly decorated rooms, kitchen a bonus too - a little out of town but with a tram stop right outside the front door no complaints at all.

A noticable smell of stale cigarette smoke on some of the soft furnishings.
