Rummet var stort och fint inrett. Bra med faciliteter. Personalen kunde engelska och det är ett stort plus i Frankrike. Dålig frukost. Dem bör nog öppna en restaurang i det här stor hotellet. Ingen riktigt bartender i baren utan receptionisten tog hand om baren kvällstid men kunde inte drinkarna. |

The room was huge, as was the comfy, Wimbledon Centre-court sized bed. Microwave owen, fridge, coffee or tea kettle, and the complimentary Internet access and movie on demand.package was an extra plus. The breakfast concept was er... Interesting, but very delicious and probably nutricious as well. No Gin in the bar, outrageous! (Just had to find something to complain about...) |

Room facilities were fantastic. Free music, movies, and internet, large workstation area, modern bathroom, and very comfortable bed. Wonderful, friendly staff. Good location, very close to tram and metro station. Only a ten minute walk to Vieux-Port. Very tasty food, although it may have been a tad overpriced. Decent view, others have said it overlooks construction site, but that's directly below and you can still see the water and hills in the distance. Hotel was very quiet, did not hear any noise coming from hallway or other rooms. Highly recommended, and would stay again in Suitehotel in other cities if available. Put up "Do not disturb" sign on door, but returned to room to find it had been entered and cleaned anyway. Few restaurants and convenience stores nearby, but we were able to have food delivered to hotel without a problem. |

Our room was spacious and very clean, staff were lovely. The hotel is on the tram line in a quiet, new, safe business area and within walking distance of Marseille centre. Marseille is quite expensive for food so it was handy to have the kettle, microwave and fridge for DIY breakfast.(perfection would have been a traditional patisserie nearby, but this is nitpicking because the hotel breakfast was lovely and sells a selection of meals and snacks/drinks in the foyer as well as having a bar). I could not believe the price for 3 nights in such a lovely city break hotel and will definitely use booking.com and the Suitehotel chain again, it really made our stay complete! Next time we will take advantage of the free car for guest use. Nothing to do with the hotel as such, but although we had a lovely view of the sea and a vacant area yet to be developed, we also looked onto an event hall which was holding very loud music festival the first two nights which made sleeping difficult! Oh well, it could have happened anywhere. The hotel itself was extremely quiet and we only met one other couple in the corridor and did not hear a sound from any other rooms during our stay. |

The suitehotel is very well located with public transport just in front of the door. I came by car and the public parking is also next to the hotel, a fee is applicable (I must say not too cheap). When I left the Hotel I forgot my mobile and I had to call from a phone cell in Aix, at the end of the day, I came back and my mobile was at the reception. I was extremely pleased, this was the best of all: to know the cleaners are honest. The room by the way is excellent, big enough, very clean, verything is brand new. |

the tram-connection to the centre , the cleanliness and quietness of the room,-it was good value for the money they only filled in 1 teabag every day (we were 3 persons) - a small thing, but... |

good transport links to the old port, marina, shops & restaurants - rooms were great with good facilities and free films didn't have breakfast at the hotel, too impersonal and food didn't look that inviting |

everything was excellent, quiet place to rest at night, well located, everything you need in the hotel, very clean. big rooms with internet, free movies and tea/coffe facilities. As I said everything was excellent, the only thing id change is the views,,,,we could only see a parking from our balcony but well its a small thing...its definitely worth it to stay there, id come back if i go to marseille again. |

The hotel was very new ,modern with friendly staff who speak english.Located on a tram stop.Free wifi Parking cost was excessive.Hotel in a buisiness district not many eating facilities for dinner. Ibis next door was best dining in the area. Booking dot com indicated a free massage for guests thursday evening hotel staff new nothing about this offer. |

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel. I would recommend for everybody! The terrace was looking over a car park, where a building construction was going on. |

I loved my stay at this hotel, very friendly staff, who also spoke very good english. The rooms were very well equipped, modern and clean on arrival, and cleaned to a high standard daily. Commuting was very easy, with the tram terminus right outside the front door. The nearest metro was just a 5 minutes walk down the same road. I would certainly visit this hotel again. |

clean and quiet room, not too far by foot from Vieux Port, very professional staff, good internet access and room layout, separate WC, clean and modern area outside hotel unlike others we stayed on previous visits no plates, mugs or cutlery even disposable |

The reception staff (especially Linda) were very helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms were very spacious. The room facilities and fittings were excellent. The price was excellent for the standard of the rooms. I liked the seperate toilet and bathroom, the walk in shower, the free films and music selection and the full length mirror. Every thing you would want and need were provided. The room layout and facilities had been well thought out. The rooms would still be spacious for a family. The only small negative thing would be the location as it would not suit everyone. The hotel is about a 20minute stroll to the Vieux Port. The hotel is serviced by good public transport. The tram stop is just outside. The metro is 5minutes down the road and so is the bus stop. |

Although located in the business centre, the tram & subway made it easy to get around. Lots of room for us to spread out in the accommodation. The price of breakfast and the view from the balcony... a worksite/car park |

Much better than expected with newly decorated rooms, kitchen a bonus too - a little out of town but with a tram stop right outside the front door no complaints at all. A noticable smell of stale cigarette smoke on some of the soft furnishings. |

The room was very modern, although I would not label it a suite (very misleading). The staff were not very helpful. There were no facilities at the hotel except a gourmet food shop which was very expensive. It was also quite a distance from central Marseille. It does not really offer a port view, you have to literally lean out of the window to see the port. It is a confusing and misleading hotel. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we left early to stay somewhere else. |

Everything was perfect: location( just two stops on the metro from the St.Charles metro station, it's the centre of transport connection, easy to go from airport to St.Charles Metro station with an airport bus), go to metro station "Joliette". Then you can walk just 4-5 minutes or use the tram, which brings you over 2 stops to the door of this hotel! I 've been surprise with facility and design with good point! Staff is very helpful, polite and speaks English! I would recommend this hotel for everyone! |
