Location, very close to Opera, Louvre.
The room was soooo small !!!
Fantastic location. Characterful hotel. Small room but beautifully decorated. Very helpful staff.
Tiny, but well planned, bathroom. However, not unexpected in such a central location.
Location,value for money and ambience
The size of room is too small.
Location was great. Staff were ok (night staff were excellent). Room was clean.
Lift was tiny. Could not fit all of us and we had to travel 2 ppl at a time.
Location was the only plus for us
Buffet breakfast was a disappointment for 13 euro ea. Should of went to a bakery. Room was extremely hot and small. Rooms Not ideal for tall people. But I have no idea what other hotels for the same price are like.
nice place, good location, there are many Japanese Restaurant near to the hotel. Free parking outside but it is not easy to find one.
Great receptionists, very helpful
Logging onto wifi whenever you come back from outside is kind of a hassle but managable. Other than that, nothing
Great staff and location. Comfortable and clean, a great place to stay in central Paris.
I stayed on the top floor, and the roof leaked water onto my bed!
The hotel had a great location and was very quiet. The hotel breakfast was simple but convenient, albeit the tables and space was very small, so you need to be early. This was not a real problem, as the traditional french cafe across the road was always open and a great alternative. Our room had a good split system air-conditioner. It was quiet and helped overcome the oppressive Paris heat and ensure a good nights sleep.
The lift and toilet/shower was small. However this was expected from earlier Booking.com reviews. What was not expected was that our room (room 603, level 6) had a sloping 'attic' roof intruding into the room. This meant that I had to duck down when walking around to my side of the bed.
Friendly and accommodating staff
Stairs are scary they are so steep!
Very handy location
Good location-close to Louvre, opera and L'open tour bus stop.
Tap water (supposedly drinking water too) smells strong chlorine odor.
Location was perfect Quiet Friendly staff
Very good location. Next to all great sightseeing and shopping places. Freindly staff. Clean (but very small) room.
Bad sound insulation. If you are living on the 7th floor, you should lift your luggage by yourself because the last stop of the lift is the 6th floor. My room was 702. Renovation is required. Conditioner does not work properly.
quiet location superbly clean very helpful staff
my husband is 6ft 2" so the bathroom was a little cramped
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great and it is a steal for the price. It is tucked away on a quiet street, but as soon as you turn the corner you're on Opera Ave. I loved the traditional French windows!
If you're coming with a lot of luggage beware of the stairs! They are circular and treacherous. There is a very very small lift, but it only goes up to the 6th floor. My room was on the 7th so I struggled a bit to get my luggage up the last flight.
Good location. Friendly staff. Decent rooms. Free wi-fi in room.
The location was ideal-- very quiet and right between the Louvre and the Opera. The staff was always there and very helpful. We were close to shops and restaurants and the wonderful bakery Julien.
Very friendly staff. Good location.
Small lift, it was hard to be two with luggages. No curtains for shower, you need to "crouch down" if you don't want water everywhere. Quite expensive but due to the location. No private parking, have to rent one for ~21 euro/day at 300m from the hotel.
the location, open 24 hours
creaky noisy floors, stuffy carpet, no shower gel, cracks in bathroom, tasteless coffee, dry bread, mushy croissant, very hot in the room, no cooling system
The Staffs are very kind and very good location to see Paris
The elevator is terrible.
my room was insanely small.
The hotel Louvre Marsollier opera was a great hotel. Very central indeed. It has ver small rooms but everywhere in Paris has has rooms. The hotel staff very always very friendly and very willing to help you out. We would definitely stay here again.
There is nothing we can say that we did not like.
Great location. Walking distance to sights.
