I wanted to experience a French wellknown palace. Concierge were really helpful For this kind of hotel I believe that everything must be perfect, it was not the case. Unable to fix our bedroom window, picture and glass on the bedrom wall were not straight, for a palace this is not acceptable. Bagage service for our departure never show up as requested at the reception desk, and the wait for getting back the car was too long knowing that reception desk was aware of our depart. |

es ist eine ausgesprochen gute Lage auf der Croisette in Cannes mit einem sehr schönen Starnd, der im Vergleich zu anderen Hotelstränden in Cannes sehr gut gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet ist.Auch das Frühstück im Hotelgarten empfand ich als sehr erholsam. Der Service in diesem Hotel ist sehr aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. |

La cortesia e la disponibilità dello staff tanto in hotel quanto in piscina e in spiaggia.La pulizia delle camere quanto quella delle aree comuni (tengo a sottolineare la pulizia dei servizi igienici delle aree comuni). Per quanto sia amante degli animali reputo che la loro presenza in spiaggia sia poco igienica e non sempre,e da tutti li ospiti,gradita. |

Amabilité du personnel très accueillant et souriant. Petit déjeuner agréable sous la véranda avec vue sur la mer. La chambre était un peu petite et la vue n'était pas jolie (vue annoncée sur les hauteurs de Cannes et la ville, c'était plutôt sur la cour intérieure de l'hôtel). J'ai été étonnée car j'avais fait une réservation pour une chambre dite supérieure (25 m2), je n'ai pas eu le sentiment que c'était le cas de la chambre où j'ai séjournée. |

Une porte pour fermer les wc devrait exister ! Il manque aussi le bidet pour le total confort de la salle de bain. Pourquoi ne pas installer une piscine intérieure ? La réputation de cet hotel le demande ...Evaluation perso : 8 sur 10 L offre mentionne piscine chauffée !Rien n indique qu elle se trouve dans la rue et totalement découverte......Chauffée ou pas, avec ce froid de Février, elle n 'attirait personne !!! |

Qualité de service et discrétion et élégance du personnel.Liberté de choisir le moment de changer de draps, serviettes et autres...Pouvoir se restaurer à n'importe quelle heure Le spa n'est pas à la hauteur de l'établissement et j'ai des éléments de comparaisons( spa sur Mougins) Les massages sont des effleurages non relaxants et parfois, certains praticiens font mal...J'ai perdu de l'argent, du temps, de l'énergie! Cet instant ne m'a pas été profitable,et ce moment de détente que j'avais anticipé dans ma tête s'est avéré décevant !!!! |
