Service, location, food, spa & fitness centre, confortable, , spacious room and luxury

Very very expensive brealfast compare to other international hotel of same standard E.G. a cup of tea and aroll cost euro 20.

The entire stay was perfect, the staff could not have done more for us. It was our honeymoon and the hotel was more than generous with their welcome to us and room upgrade. It was wonderful.

The services at the beach was fantastic and the food in a class of its own. The room was very comfortable and elegant

Hotel has great location, nice beach, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed with two small kids and did not have any issues.

Expensive breakfast

Wonderful art deco design, immaculately clean, lovely room, great staff and room service, excellent spa, super location.

A bit concerned about the ratio of room rates to food and drink prices. EUR 11.00 is a bit heavy for a fresh orange juice as is EUR 35.00 for breakfast and EUR 30.00 for a small piece of fish of the day. The four star hotel at which I have a time-share apartment in Rue de Berri, Paris charges EUR 24.00 for a similar breakfast. We felt drawn in by the room rate and then stung by the cost of everything else.

i payed allost 150 uoro extra to upgrade my room they did not even include breakfast

I wanted to experience a French wellknown palace. Concierge were really helpful

For this kind of hotel I believe that everything must be perfect, it was not the case. Unable to fix our bedroom window, picture and glass on the bedrom wall were not straight, for a palace this is not acceptable. Bagage service for our departure never show up as requested at the reception desk, and the wait for getting back the car was too long knowing that reception desk was aware of our depart.

Só possuem travesseiros de pena de ganso, precisam ter de algodão com espuma anti alérgica, muitas pessoas tem alergia a pena de ganso.

Los servicios en general, la atencion personalizada en español por parte del personal de la recepción. La limpieza de la playa.

La habitacion 245 del primer día,la vista por el balcón era un muro,creo que jamás en todos los hoteles que he estado tenía semejante vista, al solicitar cambio de habitación nos dieron una suite junior con un pequeño incremento del precio,aunque nos dijeron que sería el mismo precio, El wifi gratuito en la habitacion no se veía en casi todo el día.La mitad de los canales de tv eran rusos y arabes,1 solo canal en español y pocos en inglés.El precio del parking me parece algo excesivo, se lo he comunicado al hotel y les he dicho que debería ser distintas las tarifas si e por una noche, siendo la segunda con reducción del precio, la tercera mas reducida ,así sucesivamente.
