close to a metro station. close to the famous Père Lachaise Cemetery. excellent price
room could be better, but had no problem at all.
Localistation Price Free ten and coffee eden if you wont buy a breakfast
pictures on the website are not real
vicinity to the subway, shops and cafes & brasseries
breakfast is not good value for money
Very close to the metro station. Many dining places nearby
Hotel full of cigarette smoke at night, staffs did not respond to complaint. Poor heating, my room was super cold. Shared shower and restroom are dirty. Tiny, tiny space in the shower to even change my clothes
Clean facilities, renovated rooms, near to the metro station of Pelleport. Reception 24/7.
If you are on foot, take the metro to move. The Hotel is a little bit far from city center.
Located 1 min walking to a subway station, also zone 1 of Paris Good size of bedroom Good bathroom Comfortable bed Charming and cozy One of the receptionists was very helpful and welcoming
One of the receptionists was very unpleasant 1st night bedroom had very poor quality Wifi would disconnect every 2 minutes Staff speaks very bad english
Very friendly and polite staff, delicious Breakfast, clean rooms, good Wi-Fi. That was all we need)
near metro and close to Studio Blue - the place where I had to go that weekend for my dance classes
Shabby, worn out place, no elevator, no sound isolation, shower head has to be hold in hands - no hook to hang it, staff not so well trained, wifi is free but keeps disconnecting every few minutes... breakfast is poor and over-priced. I woke up in the morning with my hands covered in some insect bites - not sure if it was mosquitoes (in December?) or bedbugs. Eeew!!!
The price was really good. there was a good access to the metro station. The room was clean.
There was no elevators. No hanging for the toilet tissue on the wall, and it was just on the floor! imagine the dirt and humidity that it could absorb! The staff did not seem to care about the problems.
I did not like that they have no lift. We need to climb up to 5th floor while we had small child.
bathrooms bedooms staff
Frederic was amazing and very accomodating. We had a great time there and found it a good location for the metro to wherever you may want to go.
Most notably, Booking.com should not be relied upon to promptly send the information to the hotel. We arrived on July 8th and the hotel had only gotten a note about our 13-night stay that same day. Frederic was amazing and accommodated us. Do call or e-mail him before you arrive just to make sure he knows about your reservation. As with other reviews, the stairs are to be noted: we had 84 steps to climb (5th floor) every time we got back from a day of touring. The benefit is you get to work off all the amazing pastries from the local bakeries!
Clean sheets and a working shower
very old room hotel in mid refurbishment staff and manager were lovely but too mich to pay for so little not even a hairdryer!
Close from the metro station. The room was clean
The pictures don't depict the real state of the room; the walls were not finished... The mattress was very bad.
I appreciate everything in the hotel especially the provision of the free wi-fi
The fact that I was checked into the fourth floor without lift.
Room on 6th floor and no lift. One single toilet for six rooms on my floor.
Best quality for this price. Toilet and shower clean. Place is next to metro station, supermarket and some cafes and sushi bar near.
We had to leave for airport at 4 a.m. and asked to cal for taxi and at the resection I was told they can not help. I was told that just behind the corner is a taxi station. I found it but no taxi was working, just cars parked.
Staff could not do enough to help. We arrived at 1.45am due to chaos at the airport and were greeted with a very welcome smile. They are renovating so rooms will be better in future.
Quite a distance from Paris. Although there is a metro stop one minute away.
The hotel looks nothing like advertised on booking.com. It was dirty, filthy and disgusting. I travel a lot but I have never stayed in anything like this. We had no toilet seat! Wifi and card machine did not work either. Even hostel is better than that.Very very poor, especially for Paris!
The manager, Frederick, was very kind and welcoming. The value for the money is really the reason for staying here. It's location less than a block from a metro station gets into Paris center in about 20 minutes. It isn't a high-class hotel and is not meant to be, so don't go in expecting that.
Some mold in the bathroom, very small shower, extremely thin walls, very small room.
Only the price.
We booked a double room and the day we got there the staff said that they didn't have it, and we had to stay in different separate rooms, with no private bathroom and no soundproof as the one we booked. Although they charged a very low price for the incovenience, it was not a good night and some issues with neighbours complaining of the noise made me feel quite angry at the first day, and the staff was not nice with us. the receipt was wrong, saying the price we paid was lower than we actually paid, and we only saw it after we left the hotel. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to a friend. Instead, it would've been better to spend a bit more money in a better hotel
Great location, metro station just opposite the hotel. Recently renovated room. Very reasonable room rate for Paris.
The hotel had seen better days, though ongoing renovation, floor stairs left a lot to be desired. No lift in hotel, we had to climb to the 5th floor everyday.Room facilities are primitive, with only a bed, a chair and a bed stand. No table, no shelf, no wardrobe, and no bin in the whole room or bathroom. Chambermaid was lazy, never replaced used towels, shampoo and bath gel.
Very very bad. The person who work in the reception very ingry and resist. And the anthoer man who work in the morning in the reception also look like ingry and unfriendly. Thanks
Fortunately it was not really expensive. A price of 40€ per night is just correct. 80€ would be a hudge rip off.
Rooms are absolutely not like the photos. Red walls (not clean white). We asked for a no smoker room but it smells smoke when we arrived.
