Mary's Hotel  

The location is good, and there is carrefour city nearby.

I stayed there for one night. The room provided looks clean but I was bitten by small bugs all over my body during the night!!! Although I told the staff, nothing changed. I stayed awake till the morning...

Central location - plenty of bars and eating places close by and a metro station only 3 or 4 minutes away.

The room was VERY small and the en suite facilities were cramped.

Hotel is local closely with Metor of Oberkampf ony 20 Meter. Although the room is small, it's clean and have shower independently. In addition,it's quiet and No smoking.

The girl in reciption is seldom smell, just I check out to smell and say goodbye, but 2 of men is good.

The staff is so rude. I never ever been treat like that in my whole life. They are so rude. They got in our room and they throw things away whithout asking if they could. The guy at reception was the rudest guy in Paris. The whole hotel smell so bad, I asked them not clean my room because everytime they clean it was horrible. Even when I asked, they did. The worse experience with hotels ever.

The hotel location was excellent, 2mins to the metro, the room was quite clearn, good for value,the staff was very very friendly, kind to help, they all speak good English, we feel so comfortable stay in Mary's hotel. Thank you very much.

The hotel was really clean, they would come in the room everyday to check if you had clean towels etc. They didn't steal anything from the room The room was small but very pretty for how little we paid The metro station is 1 min away and if you walk straight you arrive at Place de la Republique which has plenty of bars and places to eat. Not expensive There was always someone at the reception to talk to you

It was perfect for us for night. Small room where you can sleep after a long trip in the city and that is all you need. The receptionist was nice and friendly.

We didn't have any problems so no complaints.

The room is very small not to mention the horrible bath room. Because of the broken heater,which the staff refuse to fix for us, our room is also very cold.

Good value in terms of the cheap price. The staff will lock the main door in the late evening so it is very safe.

The wifi in my room was not that stable and a bit weak. However, if you just want to check your email, fb or search for some travel information, it would be enough.

Good location. Just 50 meters from metro station. A lot of restaurants around. Good value for money.

Small room, but this is normal for Paris hotel. The bed was a little bit unconfortable-hard. The walls are thin-easy to hear the noise from the next rooms

Location was fine, metro station was nearby. Hotel is typical Paris, very small and narrow. We stayed on the fifth floor but there was a small elevator. The staff spoke english and was very friendly.

The shower could use an update

Staff very helpful and responsive during our stay, unlike when I emailed prior to stay. Location is not bad in that a Metro station is at the top of the road so easy to get into city centre. There's cafes, a laundry etc nearby which is handy. WiFi worked well in room.

Not the safest location to be walking around late at night even on a week night. Fire alarm went off twice, once at 1.30am and again at 8am the following day. Very annoying, but to be fair it was caused by an ignorant guest that decided to smoke in their room despite signs not to! Prob get better breakfast options at similar price from cafes nearby. First night had no pillowcases. Some areas very dusty like on heater and under beds. Shower curtain had what resembled dried blood on top.

The room is small for three, obviously they just fixed the room to put a toilet in it. There is no airconditioning unit in every room, good that we came during winter; not for summer. Very "not so accomodating" receptionist. "DEDUCTED FARE OF THE HOTEL" was more than what is mentioned from booking.com. During our check out the person assigned at the reception wasnt able to explain about the further deduction because he doesnt know how to speak in english and has no knowledge about the WRONG COMPUTATIONS. Always make sure to check your bills because it might be different again from you booked or purchased online.

The staff were not very helpful trying to charge us extra to upgrade our room to the one we actually booked online which we did not receive . Broken shower and no bed sheets also bathroom in bad condition.

Location

Room for 3 is extremely small for 3 people generally and especially with average luggage. Much noise from the street. Note: no fan or small fridge.
