The location was ideal for a stopover before catching the ferry. Although we booked parking, it wasn't necessary as there was space just outside the hotel. We were on the ground floor at the back of the hotel and could hear the noise from the traffic. |

It was very convenient, comfortable and generally did what we wanted - a night before catching a ferry near to the old town. I thought the directions - which may have been on your website rather than being the responsibility of the hotel - were unnecessarily complicated and hence confusing. In the end we just headed for the seafront and it was very simple to find the hotel. |

The hotel was the cleanest we have ever stayed in, in any country! Reception lady was excellent - very helpful and assisted my poor french by speaking English. Car park is underground and fully enclosed with security door so car is very safe - more so than other hotels who charge for car parking which is no better than on street parking. Rooms aren't huge, but for two of us was plenty big enough. Bathroom excellent, with large walk in shower and decent quality soaps and shower gels included. |

We felt "ripped off" over the charge made for the dog, as before arrival unable to find cost anywhere. Knew it would be a charge but at €15 per night excessive. That is sort of charge for 1st class hotel not a 2 star. |

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had a great location and beautiful ocean view. We were a mother and daughter pair on vacation, and the daughter was thrilled to have such a nice hotel from which to revisit the town in which she studied years ago. Thank you! |

The check in was pleasant and efficient. Receptionist spoke good English. The situation of the hotel gives on great access to the beach as well as to the walled city and the many restaurants along the beach. Extra pillows are offered but none were available. |

We stayed here on route home from Bordeaux, we had a roof top room which had great views of the bay, was clean and spacious with good quality fixtures and fittings..perfect for a one night stay, although the stairs are a little steep for little ones and would advocate they had the double rather than risk a tumble for midnight wandering. We arrived late and ate out in the old town not returning till after 1 which was fine. 9 euros for breakfast per person - seemed a little steep when the room rate was 160 for the one night. |

It was clean, modern and comfortable. We had a family room and our daughters bed was up a flight of stairs from the main room. This added a quaint feel to the room and we felt we had our own space. We would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. |

The hotel staff were friendly and professional and although I chose to speak in French, they were also fluent in English. The room was a generous sized family room which accomodated our children very well indeed. The location of the hotel was excellent, exactly as described. We had asked for parking and the hotel does offer good, secure parking - unfortunately with our roof box the height of the car was too great to gain access to the underground car park although the staff were very helpful and still offered us secure storeage for our bicycles. It is a pity that breakfast is not included in the price - £200 is quite a lot to pay for one night and 10 Euros each for breakfast is just too expensive for a family budget! |

It was close to the town and the beach and easy access to the ferry terminal, staff were helpful and friendly and the view from the rooms at the front of the hotel were spectacular. Parking is a major problem in the summer months and the car park held only a few cars. We were unable to park in the car park as we had booked a place in advance and so we had to ride around until we found roadside parking some distance from the hotel. |

Friendly hotel. Lots of families but quiet. very close to beach and 10 mins walk old town. clean rooms and good breakfast. Rooms compact. only just space to squeeze in baby cot with double bed room. Also very steep stairs up to twin room. unsafe for our 18 month to attempt and concerned for our 4 yr old to attempt in the night to go to the toilet. Great for older children and great views of the sea. |
