The staffs are friendly and helpful, and the environment is comfort and clean, and the breakfast is quite good too. The hotel is not easy to locate, especially the name showing outside the hotel is a bit confused (it seems there is another hotel in the same location). Except this, some of the stuffs (i.e. towels and etc) in the rooms seemed insufficient - only provided 1 set instead of 2 sets in a twwin room. |

very central location, very good stuff. we had a room on the back so ok but the front looks to a busy street, could be noisy. the room was clean but the smell of the cleaning product was very strong, like medicine. double room with very small bed but only one pillow and one towel, when we asked for more they brought them, personnel very efficient and polite. the name on the hotel building read Hotel Mascotte, should change. |

La literie était très confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil très sympatique. Pas de place de parking gratuite à proximité. L'emplacement payant beaucoup trop onéreux. |

proximité du centre ville... le restaurant!!! j'ai été malade la nuit, ... cuisine tres grasse....de plus ce soir là, nous avons attendu plus d'une heure avant d'etre servi car il y avait un groupe en salle de séminaire,et il n'y avait pas de personnel supplémentaire!!! |

la proximité du centre ville et le parking de l'hôtel. La résa était mauvaise (2 lits au lieu d'un lit double) suite a une erreur de leur logiciel.La directrice s'est excusée et devait nous recrediter le prix mais "Fanny" nous a ensuite menacer au tél de ne pas nous rembourser dès que la directrice est partie.Nous avons donc dû prendre la chambre alors que nous avions trouvé à nous loger ailleurs... |

Hôtel très bien situé, avec un personnel agréable et efficace. Les chambres sont lumineuses, calmes, propres Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré, étant donné le prix (14€ pour le buffet), par exemple en proposant des jus de fruits frais, de meilleures viennoiseries... |

Gentillesse et amabilité, repas simple mais très gouteux et parfaitement présenté ont agrémenté notre passage Frais de parking un peu trop élevé Ayant acheté avec un tarif promotionnel, je trouve les frais éventuels de désistement tout à fait prohibitifs |

La propreté Cet hôtel n'est sûrement pas un cas isolé, mais la nuit est trop cher ... le petit déjeuner n'est même pas offert, tout service additionnel (parking...) est payant et cher. 70 euros pour 12m² et juste la nuit... c'est du vol. |
