Beautiful house and grounds, friendly staff The roof leaked water on our luggage which soaked our clothes; wc had 1 cm of standing water; staff offered no amends, or apologies when told in the morning |

The quiet, the charm and the dedication of the owner to his project. We arrived by taxi and were unaware that we would not be able to get food in the evening. Perhaps some warning should be given about this if people are not travelling by car. |

Our room was musty and smelled awful - our bed felt damp. Also the whole exterior smelled as if the septic tank was not working. the gardens needed tending - the whole place was run down. The linen was awful - it was not a nice experience. |

Atmosphere was great! Huge beautiful garden with nice swimming pool. Good breakfast and friendly people. The whole building was really special and staying was great. If the weather is good, it`s a nice place to stay the whole day. Located in countryside (5km from Arles), but lovely place.. |

Il contesto e' veramente delizioso, grande giardino che consente relax e passeggiate, bella piscina, interni d'atmosfera con arredi di fascino. Personale molto cordiale, proprietario veramente affabile con la clientela. Ottima la prima colazione, molta disponibillita' da parte della direzione (per esempio ho verificato la possibilita' di consumare una piccola cena in giardino con vivande acquistate fuori). Buona la posizione per effettuare gite in Camargue ma anche visite delle citta' vicine. Il giardino potrebbe essere un po' piu' curato; la pulizia della struttura nel suo complesso potrebbe essere un po' piu' accurata (parti comuni, la mia camera era pulita). |

Luogo molto curato e affascinante Sono arrivato la sera alle 19 ed ho trovato un biglietto appeso alla porta che mi spiegava dove trovare la camera:un hotel sperduto in mezzo alla campagna senza personale,frigo bar vuoto e niente da mangiare. Inaccettabile |

Non abbiamo apprezzato nulla. Siamo rimasti assolutamente insoddisfatti. Distante dalla città. Situato in aperta campagna. Assenza di alcun collegamento. Qualità/Prezzo assolutamente sconcertante. Prima colazione servita alle h. 9:00. Siamo dovuti partire senza. Camera modesta e piena di mosche e zanzare. Doccia con tenda di plastica e senza raccoglitore acqua, senza alcuna igiene. |

le cadre est agreable, les chambres sont refaites, la literie est confortable la clim donne sur le lit ....donc rhume assuré.La personne qui nous a recu, très serviable et aimable semble seule et un peu dépassée.L'organisation des petits dej est totalement à revoir (salle trop exigüe, peu de choses pour 16 € !!! et bcp de choses qui manquent à 10h..) Le pire c'est l'odeur pestilentielle qui impregne les lieux (dans l'hotel) que dégagent deux vieux bergers allemands (heureusement pas dans les chambres) Dommage, le lieu pourrait être mis bien plus en valeur....c'est un peu le capharnaum.... |

L'indépendance de la chambre de décors contemporain au deuxiéme étage avec terrasse privative isolée pour petits déjeuners romantiques, plein sud sur le magnifique parc, avec baldaquin et moustiquaire dans le jardin, piscine, tennis et chevaux. le train qui passe de temps en temps au loin ! |
