Mas de la Chapelle  

Mas de la Chapelle is very beautiful - with friendly staff and lovely rooms. I will definitely go back there again.

It is quite hard to find! But once found, it is a treasure.

Cosy rooms, comfortable beds, helpful owner. My fiancé and I have been traveling for over a month now and wanted somewhere quiet and unique to stay and this place was great.

Let the owner know the night before if you want to check out before 9am. Look for the sign to the hotel behind some overgrown bushes, it is tricky to find and we have a TomTom!

The room was superb- huge, beautiful,tasteful.. lots of antiques and beautiful pictures. The hotel was in lovely grounds. Quiet and peaceful .. a little distant train noise but minimally intrusive.

The hotel was quite hard to find , partly because of the major road construction project barring the normal way. We felt we could perhaps have been emailed to help with this. No food offered apart from breakfast. No hotel information offered either in written form or by the staff. The staff were pretty inconspicous apart from in the morning and Reception closed at 7.30 pm. If you want a DIY experience in beautiful peaceful surroundings this will suit but with a bit more of a welcome and a bit more service this hotel could be a lot nicer.

So quiet and peacefull.... Very near to Arles.

You need a car for lunch and diner. And the room is full of dead mosquittos.

Mas de la Chapelle is a wonderful address, at five minutes from the lovely and lively city of Arles. We had a charming room (you do have to deal with the cock crowing at four o'clock :-) next to the garden, which is a true paradise. The pool, the breakfast terrace and the salons are very nice too. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. Our dog was really welcome. Beware if you're afraid of big dogs, as there are three of them - but they're quite friendly.

We had a wonderful stay. Our hosts were extremely warm, generous and accomodating. The grounds at Mas de la Chapelle are magical and serene - a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are impeccably decorated, perfect pool, delicious breakfast - we will never forget our stay at Mas de la Chapelle and would highly recommend it to anyone! :)

The owner has a dream he would like to make true. It is something very personal, an effort to create a special ambiance with flavours from different cultures.

The project to realise what the owner is dreaming about is enormous. And we are not really yet there. If you close your eyes from shortcomings in details, E.G. the quality of work, untideness of the environment - the rooms were ok, ... you are sure to enjoy this adventure but not everybody can. We could.

Difficile da individuare e raggiungere. Mancanza di un piccolo servizio per snack o cose del genere .

Sans eau chaude , une mauvaise organisation . D un gout douteux !!! Salle de petit dejeuner ne peut pas acceuillir l ensemble des personnes.pas de restauration sur place.route d acces dangereuse .un dynamisme serait de bon ton.bref un luxe d apparence et une vitrine qui cache bien des deboires

Le Mas de la Chapelle est un endroit absolument charmant en pleine nature. Ici calme et volupté. J'y ai beaucoup aimé l'accueil par le propriétaire des lieux, la décoration de l'établissement ainsi que celle de la chambre, très soignée, et la petite chapelle qui est magnifique ! Le Mas de la Chapelle est une structure qui mérite largement toutes ses étoiles, je le classerai même dans les chambres d'hôtes de prestige d'autant que le petit déjeuner, sans fioritures mais avec des produits de qualité, est servi en chambre et très bon (croissants et pain encore tièdes à l'arrivée dans la chambre, c'est si rare qu'il est bon de le noter). Bref, je pense que vous aurez compris que je recommande fortement ce lieu, je pense que vous ne le regretterez pas !

La seule chose que je regrette cependant est le manque d'indications claires pour arriver par la route jusqu'à l'établissement.
