Masqhotel

Hotel has an attractive, contemporary ambience; rooms and public spaces are inviting. Location very close to magnificent old train station and an easy walk into the old town, historic areas, and yacht basin. And only three blocks from departure point of annual marathon!

Very minor complaint, but the "time-out" lighting in hallways to rooms should be motion-activated instead of switch-activated, since usually coming and going one is trying to juggle luggage, hanging clothes, room key, etc. Fumbling and stumbling is not fun.

Very comfy bed, quiet hotel, lovely decor, in very good location close to the port. Very friendly staff who spoke english

The room was very spacious and clean. Tea and Coffee making facilities in room and also bottled water. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk away from the main Port area which meant it was fairly quiet at night, Would stay again. Very helpful staff at reception

The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The rooms were spacious, clean, well designed and nicely decorated in modern style. The ambience of the hotel was very pleasant and the public areas were attractive and comfortably furnished.The location of the hotel was very good for enjoying all that La Rochelle has to offer, on foot.

the staff were helpful, made suggestions about my booking and the whole experience was very pleasant. having a uk plug socket in the suite was an unexpected bonus.

Spacious room and bathroom. Smart decoration. Computers available for surfing the web. Pretty riverside area to sit at the end of the street, away from the busyness of the roads.

Would have loved a fridge in the room. It was a bit of a treck into the centre but this wasn't a problem after we sorted out where bus stops were and got a travellers bus pass for La Rochelle.

Excellent, helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Great location - slightly away from the main area but a much better quality hotel than those closer to the harbour, many of which looked very tired.

Temperature dans les chambres trop importante, que nous n'avons pas reussit a baisser.

Teniamos 2 habitaciones dobles, yo revisé mi factura e intentaron colarme 1 desayuno, no pudieron, a mis padres les colaron 2 desayunos dobles sin haberlos utilizado, y no admiten replica.Son unos cara dura, se aprobechan del extrangero que no tiene tiempo para hacer una reclamación oficial.
