Spacious room and bathroom. Smart decoration. Computers available for surfing the web. Pretty riverside area to sit at the end of the street, away from the busyness of the roads. Would have loved a fridge in the room. It was a bit of a treck into the centre but this wasn't a problem after we sorted out where bus stops were and got a travellers bus pass for La Rochelle. |

Very clean and modern with friendly helpful staff. About 10 mins walk from centre. Services in the hotel limited, small bar area, limited relaxing areas inside or outside the hotel. Not a problem if weather is good! |

Excellent, helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Great location - slightly away from the main area but a much better quality hotel than those closer to the harbour, many of which looked very tired. |

the rooms an dreception are modern, quite a change from typical hotels in the area the interiors are a bit cold, not cosy. also it would be better to provide natural pillows |

Marvelous, warm and empathetic staff. I actually managed to get my laundry locked in a coin operated washer in town. The staff kindly helped me call the emergency number and patiently waited for instructions on how to release all of my travel clothing. Chic, cutting edge decor with changeable artwork in the elevator. Location is not picturesque, but is a short 10 minute walk into town. |

Friendly, helpful staff at breakfast; parking garage; great location for the old port & aquarium Night porter was not around when we left at 05:30. Lucky we paid the night before! |

Excellent hotel. Well located near the old port town of La Rochelle No, no complaints. At €152, it wasn't cheap but this was August. |

All the staff we met during our stay were friendly, helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. We would particularly like the thank the staff who looked after us during breakfast. |
