l'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione,vicino al centro ma fuori dalla zona piu' trafficata.La stanza era molto grande(suite) e moderna. Non aveva il frigorifero nella stanza. |

The general design & layout is excellent. The front desk staff on arrival were fluent in English & very helpful. The room / bathroom was very clean & the bed comfortable. The air con' was easy to control. We did not have a buffet breakfast because it was too expensive at 12 Eur each. |

Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast, hotel clean We booked the Hotel based on the fact that all rooms had a balcony, this was stated on your (Booking.com) website. This was not the case and we had to change rooms on arrival for a smaller room that had a small balcony (Room 409). |

The rooms are modern and well furnished, clean and reception staff very helpful. It is located in a quiet street approx 5 mins walk to the old town and close to the station. we did not take breakfast in the hotel so cannot comment on it. |

hotel with strict rules and inflexible staff ,e.g. it's hard to get access to the parking before checking in , and almost impossible to get access for breakfast, the staff first require you to go back to reception to fill in the forms , crazy. The breakfast cost s 15 euro while around the corner there are several bakeries and pubs where you can have breakfast for 3 Euros. too inflexible staff, the elevator system to the parking is cumbersome, security is exagerated, all in all too expensive for what it's offering. |

Very picturesque site close to river with great views and excelleny riverside walks Site suggests a walk into town is feasible, it is over 10 miles! Retaurant attached is good, but closed on Sunday and site is quite remote, neede a car or bus/tram to obtain food if not eating in house. |

Clean and efficient modern minimilist decor allied to comfort. Spacious bathroom and bedroom. Lack of option to dine in at short notice if e.g. the weather turned bad. Over-designed tap and basin where water jet hit drain dome flooding floor. |

The modern decor may not be to everyone's taste, but the Masqhotel is very well located for a visit to La Rochelle. It's close to the Vieux Port and shopping, has a reasonable restaurant, and its rooms are modern, sparse, but more than acceptable. |

Hotel has an attractive, contemporary ambience; rooms and public spaces are inviting. Location very close to magnificent old train station and an easy walk into the old town, historic areas, and yacht basin. And only three blocks from departure point of annual marathon! Very minor complaint, but the "time-out" lighting in hallways to rooms should be motion-activated instead of switch-activated, since usually coming and going one is trying to juggle luggage, hanging clothes, room key, etc. Fumbling and stumbling is not fun. |
